Thought I'd add some recent experience, although I haven't met him, he saved me some money...
He's been coming to my city more frequently which since we don't get a ton of new providers through here often, I notice.   So I've looked at his profile a time or two, even inquired about rates and do's/don'ts.  He confirmed he doesn't kiss, so couple that with his quoted rate, I have previously passed. 
Now mind you most times I view his profile he'll reach out after I've viewed, which I don't mind and I've politely replied.  He was in town a few weeks ago, and I looked at his profile to remind myself of his position, listed into etc. because even though no kissing with his rate is usually a deal breaker, sometimes, you consider overlooking that when you have an itch to scratch.   This time he reaches out, and "explains" to me that when someone looks at his profile he gets a notification.  (DUH!)   I respond that I know this,  as I've been on the site and hiring for probably more than a decade (which i might point is longer than he's been on the site).   He's like "OH, you're just profile surfing."  I took that to infer I was just on there to look at profiles with no intent to hire.   I replied back that I never "just" look at a provider's profile, I look at profiles of providers I'm potentially interested in hiring, that there were other apps if I just wanted to look at random guy's profiles or even porn. 
I noticed this morning that he's blocked me.  (First time this has happened to me in over a decade).  Again it's fine, he saved me ever  considering hiring him.   I just found the whole thing off and siimilar to what others have said about his attitude.   
If he doesn't want folks looking at his profile, maybe he's in the wrong industry or on the wrong site.  Lol

I travel to NYC often for work, and I see Matt at least once, if not twice, every time I visit.   My last visit was a few months ago.   Nice, handsome guy that really knows what he's doing in the bedroom.  As others have stated, he stays rock hard, and is a multi-cummer.  He does not like to kiss though.  He's not a clock watcher by any means, and really seems to enjoy the sex as much as you do.  I've eblnjlyed him so much that I've even flown him out for a weekend to the Midwest last year.
Again YMMV, but I recommend him.
 
 

I met Stephen_top my last trip to NYC in early December.  While it took a little bit to set up a night that worked (due to my scheduling issues, not his) I'm glad I did meet him.   He was very nice, beautiful eyes, looks like his photos, good kisser, and we had an enjoyable time.   He definitely was not a clock watcher with me.   After we finished he actually encouraged we cuddle while watching Netflix.  If anything I had to rush him off as I had work early the next morning.   
We've kept in touch sporadically since then as I plan on seeing him again during my next trip to NYC.  I've initiated texts, and he has as well.   I can't speak for anyone else's experience but I did not find him flakey in the least, and he's been responsive, never rude.  Now at times it may take him a bit to respond, but I chalk that up to the fact that he may be busy or at work (he has a day job too fellas) like we all are at times.
And as for other attributes, I did not pull out a ruler/tape measure, but I definitely was not disappointed in that area either.

Hi everyone!  Stephen here!  I am so thankful for all the kind words you all have put in for me here.  As for the feedback, I am very sorry I haven’t been able to be as attentive as I’d like to prospective clients.  As others have mentioned, I have a day job and so it’s been difficult to manage with that.  But I’ve recently made some adjustments and I am going to have some more time to focus on past, current and prospective clients.

Even if the "pickings" were slim, do you think his rates are what a sane person would pay knowing that the provider has so little involvement and/or participation with the client if they get together?
The provider has too many rules and not enough participation for such outlandish pricing.

you can also set your privacy preferences in your RM dashboard to "they can't see me" or whatever the phrasing is......I look at hundreds of profiles and never get threatened, yelled at, insulted....or even contacted!
