From my experiences, yes, you are wrong. Law enforcement seems to go after gay activity much out of proportion to the perhaps 10% of the population. Maybe they try for 50/50 or maybe there's just an innate hatred of gay men by many in law enforcement and they try to figure an angle to arrest them because they're natural targets as a group. But gays are going to be subject to this more.

There are two constitutional issues: 1) The ex post facto provision which makes one liable for infractions in the past. This is clearly unconstitutional and DOJ has even said so. I doubt it would take the whole law down and, if so, it would be repassed quickly. 2) The possible violation of 1st Amendment free speech. This is harder and in this case it may be good that we have a wack-job Supreme Court that says "money is speech", etc. (I personally wouldn't count on this). Whether an appeal can be done quickly is the issue. I would assume a court will put enforcement of the law on hold pending appeal. However, if it takes time the platforms and providers will already have put serious broad blocks in place and I doubt they will take them down. Google has already been on a puritanical tear this past year. First they deleted sexually nude photos from Google Photos and now they've stopped sex from the cloud, Google Drive. I hate to see their reaction to this law. (and yet OnlyFans is a Google Playstore App; go figure). It's been long enough that the law has been discussed to where I expect the platforms and providers will slap their blocking filters on pretty soon after the bill is signed. (Which will be the next day or two or it goes into effect anyway after 10 days if Congress is in session). The bill cleared Congress on March 21. Congress is not in session this week. There is a trick Congress uses to have an agent recieve veto/bill return messages but this has not occurred. Also Sundays do not count in the 10 days. Does anyone know why the 10-day pocket veto did not occur?
