  1. I would cash out in your case but I'm not in the same situation so I am doing what you want to. I opened this because it mentioned reverse mortgages. Most of my assets (1.6mil) are tied up in my house but it's also got 3 rentals earning me an easy $8000/mo plus my place free so I'm sort of in golden handcuffs. My cousin just put her beach house in the Keys up for sale for $700K and it's tempting but yep......golden handcuffs. I did take a small (200K) reverse mortgage but that was silly and I wouldn't necessarily advise one. One of my partners for 2 years is a 35 yr old single dad of two and I've assumed I'd leave it so he gets everything. He knows this but lately he's become a born-again-heterosexual with a rich gf. I've got a 25 yr old visa-problem immigrant too now so things may change. Wills in your own handwriting with two witnesses are fairly easy to work up and change as circumstances change. And one constant you can depend on in life is change.
  2. Hooters is a step below Motel 6. As a matter of fact there's a gigantic Motel 6 by Hooters that is much nicer. Hooters is much like a typical truck-stop motel. Just an oozing of cheapness. I prefer my guys that way, not my hotels. No experience with the Luxor. The Hard Rock really is 4.5 stars, $39+, across from gay motels, 1 block to Piranha, THE gay bar with strippers, the Grove, the best pot store, etc. Plus you can self-park for free in the Paradise Garage and the Paradise Tower is extremely nice. IF you must stay on the Strip the only valid reason is the fountains and the view of them is just as good from several hotels, not just Bellagio. (not Paris-obstructions). Planet Hollywood is very cheap and just had a fantastic reno. Give a $20 tip at check in and get a fountain-view room--amazing rooms and view. Be aware that at Strip hotels you and your car will be at a huge distance. Valet parking is a must, even if not required. Also understand cheap hotel rates disappear on weekends when LA moves to LV. $40 rooms at Hard Rock or Planet Hollywood become $400. There's a whole other topic on cheap-on-weekends LV hotels.
  3. I can tell you Hooters is awful.
  4. Giving up driving is a huge life decision in some locations.
  5. There are some 4-wheel spinner carryons that have a cupholder. I could see that. Duffles and backpacks can make getting through crowds hard. Like carrying bags. Many also have wheels though. A lot depends on whether you will be wheeling on rough sidewalks etc....wheels do break a lot. If only in an airport you're fine with a spinner. Costco has some nice Kirkland brand stuff made by Briggs & Riley or Tumi.
  6. "Personal Items" are always free. That's important today. They can be pretty big so long as they fit under the seat in front of you. The new "thing" in luggage is wheeled cases this "personal item" size. Basic Economy tickets and tickets on low-cost airlines make their profit off huge baggage fees, sometimes more than the ticket. Carry-Ons are usually charged as much or more than checked baggage on the low-fare tickets. Often $100 RT. If you can get a free carry-on and a free personal item you're lucky. 4-wheel spinners are nice because you can lean on them plus put other stuff on them. 2-wheel roll-aboards have sturdier wheels but aren't as easy.
  7. Made up beds are 100% important. Sex in clean sheets is better too. But fuck making em up. I sleep on top of the covers under an opened sleeping bag. If it's important sex I pull covers down for clean sheets. If it's dubious quality sex I throw a cover over the bed. I know I'm not the only one. This is so obvious. http://backpackingmastery.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/Shape-of-sleeping-bag-680x453.jpg

Twins are a lot of work. And expensive.
  9. The age of consent to have sex with someone is usually 16 in most US states. But to film them nude under 18 is a 10-year federal prison sentence. Bizarre. I'm pretty sure federal porn laws require records the person is 18. But some state laws have higher ages. It all goes back to the US not understanding pedophilia as a disease of attraction to pre-pubescent children, usually under 13. A 6'5 huge muscle guy with a 10" dong who's 17 is not pedophilia, even though in California it's always underage sex and serious statutory rape or a 10-year Federal porn crime for even looking at it ("possession" of child pornography).
  10. As a non-local I agree. The southern Union Square area on Market is central and well-populated with shopping malls restaurants, etc. I like the Marquis better but the Parc 55 Hilton is sometimes cheaper. There are some nice small gay inns actually in Castro but not sure if they're good for business.
  11. I've had some experience in this issue, thankfully mostly through a tenant who was imprisoned for it. "Downloaded" can mean a lot of things, including looking at, even if it's a pop-up. The actual number is relative. If someone is addicted to porn (many are) even 1500 pics could be a small percentage over a couple years. It's an easy case for the feds, 100% plea because 99.999% get convicted. Often someone is a "target" for a number of reasons. Usually 2 are charged and 1 is given a light plea to testify on the other, but child porn cases are not supposed to do this. Actual pedophilia for pre-pubescents (<13) is a mental illness and the person is usually 100% engrossed in everything having to do with children. But online in the US this can be muscular hung guys up to 18 or even 21. US is weird. Best of luck to them.
  12. An ex tryst in FLL. Stripper at Johnny's and BW
  13. The FW Sheraton's actually a very cheap deal on Hotwire usually ($100) and nice location for a tourist. The Fairmont & Mark Hopkins up on the hill are really secluded and if you enjoy walking you won't after staying up there. Union Square is the perfect location.
  14. wow, mugs shots never too nice but blu aged 20 years in 5. Gingers !
  15. Has to be the Big Island. Maybe the Four Seasons or something close to it in Waikoloa. Could well be the Sheraton down at Keauhou Bay built on lava flows and where you swim with giant manta rays
  16. Keycards making lobby meets necessary is the best thing ever. Safety and verification. Also a few I stay at I know the guys waiting on a young guy they take upstairs are doing it too. Love the blushes.
  17. Yup, Dana Point is a generic RC as most are. No idea how HMB became a RC. Amazing inside and out.
  18. Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay. (No, it's not just another RC). Park Hyatt New York at Carnegie Hall....wow The Pasea, Huntington Beach (Hyatt if full) any hotel 4.5 stars or above in Europe. worst 5*- The Fairmont, San Francisco
  19. yes, we've had some threads on him. I met him once in DC. He's 21, Ukrainian, decent English, 6ft5, super body, super nice guy, but st8 and new. Works nude and promises HE but hard to deliver. Sexually a work in progress. But 100% photos. Actually better looking. also:https://rentmasseur.com/Danielis
