I'm not asking him to stay way over his agreed time (and if that happens I properly tip well or adjust the payment based on the agreed rate) but if I'm doing an incall I am always fully dressed and out the door within a few minutes. If it's an outcall to me then do a quick shower right when the hour is up and then get dressed and head out as I'm also gladly paying for his uber/lyft back to their hotel or to the next client. Just like any other job, there's set up time you don't get paid for in order to get ready to work. I essentially paid $50 for him to shower and get ready to go. There's plenty of other great escorts that don't do that.
