We were there in June and it was perfect. Warm enough for shirts off and cruising. There are a lot of US tourists in close-in Old Town by the beach but you can avoid them (and their prices) more in the center right next to Old Town where the trendy people live. People in Provence pride themselves on being friendly, their food, and their art.  Of course I hear half of Paris is there in August so IDK then. 

Many porn stars live around Brno and it's just an hour train from Vienna. The porn crowd in Bratislava and Budapest are getting older now since Bel Ami closed both locations.

no hustlers in Alt Lampe??. I visited (new location) last fall and it was packed. It was dangerous though as the guys would rub against you and follow you out in the dark so i waited inside for my Uber. There were about 10 or 12 escorts there and everyone was very drunk and overly grabby. Hunqz was much safer.

couldn't resist. It was actually my first time in Nice last summer and I loved it so much I skipped Barcelona and stayed an extra week. There are very expensive hotels down in the Old Town beach area but there are also very nice reasonable hotels in the center. I stayed in the new high-rise Holiday Inn Express which is really nice and great location across from Notre Dame de Nice for just over $100/night. 85-year old ladies in couture fashion and flawless makeup and hair would walk their poodles by us while we were having breakfast at 8am on the terrace. The food is amazing and amazingly cheap. There's a group of restaurants in the center locals all go to (and tourists "in the know"). The speciality is Riviera Pizza which is just amazing but a bite has calories for a whole day. More art than Paris as it was the working home for so many top artists. The real Old Town is 5 minute Uber from the center. It's sky high and lower quality. It has over a dozen gay bars, a gay sauna, a strip club and an Eagle with muscle dancers on the bar and in a sling in the back room taking tips. (the HIE has a gay drag/strip club down the block that i think is Nice's largest.) The guys on the beach are healthy and stunning muscles (no sand , just rocks). I enjoy the "French" lifestyle more there than what's left in Paris and for a lot less $$ than Paris or Barcelona. (i did a trip report here but too lazy to find it). Nice is big on Hunqz. But it's gay sauna really needs rentboys.

twins? Do the muscle guys from Romania still go? For a while those big muscle guys were there every day literally cock-blocking guys walking by with their boners. They never kept their towels on and chewed up half the viagra in BCN. The Brazilian and Venzeulian i know who were always there don't go anymore and the Polish kid who slept there is gone. There was also a cute Modolvian blond guy who went a lot. My impression is there's not as many guys from those areas anymore.

All the guys i know who used to pile in Steve Skarsgaard's car and go to Zurich for a month for clients mostly travel around to various cities now. Dusseldorf/ Ruhr area is popular. And the Brazilians who used to frequent Thermas and Patagonya are definitely doing a EU circuit now instead. It's like playing whack-a-mole on Hunqz figuring out which city they pop up in any given day.  They never seem to be in one city more than a few days. As much as I love Stiges and the week-long gay pride there, the main attraction of BCN to me after several visits is frankly Thermas and if it's permanantly slow now, I'd rather spend more time this summer in Nice. Last year I skipped a week in BCN for an extra week in Nice. While the sauna there is not many escorts, the nude bars and the Eagle have plenty of "negotible" guys who are attractive. And Romeo and RM are plentiful I find the rates online are the same in both, even though Thermas is much less. I really want to try the French Navy in Toulon too. a very important aspect at Thermas is the ability to rent "Room #1" by the hour (or whatever it's called now) Instead of a little cubicle it's a double bed size room with porn vids. Much better sex than in the dressing-room size cubes. Also it has sauna hour crowds and empties out quickly early evening. 

I'm guessing the sauna in Madrid (Aden?) is still closed down and no others open for escorts? I could fly into MAD easily on Iberia but seems like a waste.
