In general, not well. I’ve been to Vegas tons. Visited various spas and their sauna areas.
Most of the cruising that goes on is very subtle and furtive. The rare success story usually
involves arranging to leave the spa and heading back to your room with them. Of course, 
that’s assuming they/you aren’t waiting to start a treatment and that you’re staying at that 
resort. Your success rate will diminish greatly the farther in space and time your hotel room 
hook up is away from your initial contact in the spa.
In my experience, it’s easier to hire.

I miss swimming.  I belong to a Lifetime Fitness in the north Dallas area.  I went once in the fall and it was full of fools: no masks, full weight rooms, and packed indoor pool/jacuzzis.  I left.  I've had 3 jabs, always wear a mask, and still caught Omicron (although, it was nothing - a slight headache and some sniffles and over in a couple of days - my whole family had it) over the holidays.  
Now that I have antibodies and super TCells,  I'm ready to head back I to the pool. 

Man I miss Vegas!  I have not been there since the fall of 2019.  I usually go yearly.  I was a regular at Qua (and at the Sports Book).  I even went to the original Csesar's spa before they opened Qua.  One of the few places where gay, bi, mostly straight, and straight men of all ages would freely walk, talk, and enjoy each other's company nude.  
I miss Caesars! 

Indeed. When I was in High School ( late 80s ) the wrestling coach would occasionally jump in the shower to rinse off too.
Nobody thought anything of it.  Never heard a word about him being anything but straight as straight can be.
Same at the public pool...would strip off my swim trunks and shower next to my naked father, balls dangling everywhere. Never occurred to anyone to cover up anything.

The two outdoor pools in our gated community have been open for residents throughout the pandemic, but the number of people allowed to use them at any one time has been limited. The HOA has been very carefully restrictive about almost all group activities in the community, but they must not fear any chance of infection that is specific to pools. i.e., to immersion in water, only to the distancing between those who are in the pool.

Yes! The Holiday Health Spa (Bally’s?)I used to swim at had a couple of ever-present exhibitionists on weekday afternoons when I went. One guy was a pube-dryer, and another was a somewhat dashing older guy with very showable junk, who obviously knew he got looks from everyone. His dick was stunning to look at, which as a regular, one could not avoid seeing at some point, especially as he made the rounds between shower (curtain open, natch) steam and sauna, but it might just have been decorative rather than functional…
I use a hairdryer on body hair and toes at home, so I get the concept. I showered to rinse off perspiration or chlorine and went home for the deets. Many are heading to work or somewhere else after… yet still have time to show off their, um, process.

I'm as southern as it gets, yep I make buttermilk biscuits from scratch (my grandmother's recipe in less than 10 minutes).
