  1. I plan to retire from my current career at age 45. I plan to work part time, seasonally, for fun doing something different after this career
  2. Replace "I can't afford that" with "that is not my priority". For me, a new car is not my priority (my car is 11 years old). A large cabin on a cruise ship is not my priority (inside cabin if fine). Fancy clothes are not my priority (no jewelry, no watches, shop once a year at a Department store). But hiring an escort a couple times a year, such as holidays, is my priority. Traveling the world is my priority. Flying first class (I hate economy seats) is my priority. Not cleaning toilets (I have a weekly housekeeper) is my priority. So, in order to afford my priorities, I cut back out do without things that are other people's priorities but not mine.
  3. It's closed Tuesdays. I went Sunday and there were only a few dancers. I went Thursday and there were lots of dancers.
  4. I just got back from nine days in Puerto Vallarta. There is a new club, Pervert, which operates above a barber shop just a few doors down from Wet Dreams and Sixty Nine. This is in the space where the old DeBraye club use to be. There were lots of male strippers (more dancers than customers). Drinks were cheaper than the competing clubs and they accepted credit cards. I went two different nights. One night had few dancers that appealed to me so I left after one drink. The second night I hit the jackpot. I had three gorgeous dancers (two muscle hunks and a young but not too thin twink) on my lap for nearly an hour, tipping them each about 50 pesos per song ($2.50 usd) while a waiter kept bringing me drinks and I kept buying round for the dancers. I had a fun 10 minutes in a private room with one dancer, charged on my credit card. The room could have easily handled all 4 of us if I wanted, and the dancers were willing. Total night came to 4000 pesos ($200 usd) for all my drinks and drinks to the dancers and room charges for the private dances. I probably dropped an additional 2000 pesos tipping the dancers. Pervert does not have the crowd pleasing ambiance of 69 or Wet Dreams next door. But it's not too be missed. You may find your type and have a fun night. I would have stayed longer that night, but I had a party cruise booked the next morning
  5. I always Uber to Johnson's or Wilton Manors now. Even if I have a rental car, it's not worth drinking and driving and hunting down ala parking space
  6. I bought a Rotary phone at a yard sale. I'm very happy with it. No software updates required.
  7. As a typical millennial, I've played by the Inverse Rule of 3. After 3 times having sex, if I still want to see them, then I'll go on a date. I guess a hug greeting at that point. I hate to admit that all of my long term relationships have started out as one night stands.
  8. Level 3. I'm leary of crazy estranged family members finding my profile, catfishing me, finding out where I'll be, and putting me in an unsafe situation. And I'm only reacting that way from past history in my family. Plus, who knows how this online information will be used in 40 years. In person, I'll give my real name, real job, real address. I have nothing to hide. But online, it needs to be anonymous or at least not visible to search engines.
  9. Thank you, @Oliver , for hosting this event. Thank you, @David-SF , for hosting the pre-event. Thank you, all escorts and fellow clients, for being so fun to be with
  10. I met JasonJamesX today in Palm Springs for a massage and fun. Since this this the Spa, I will say that it was one of the best massages I ever had. Very good technical skills and professional table.
  11. I met JasonJamesX today in Palm Springs. I would definitely hire again. His price was reasonable and he made me feel good and complied with all of my requests.
  12. Johnson's is doing everything right and the crowds show it. Gorgeous men, great bar service, three men dancing on stage at a time. Private dancers are $20 for an all night wrist band to the house, then $20 per song for the dancer. There is a small cover of $10 on Friday and Saturday nights, but the place is so packed they could even raise the cover. On my two week trip to Ft Lauderdale in January, I went to Boardwalk once, LeBoy twice, and Johnson's on all the other nights. Local laws about nudity prevent them from being as famous as the clubs in Montreal or Atlanta, but Johnson's has a great atmosphere and a great location. Management is doing right
  13. I went to LeBoy twice during my January visit. I'm much more into the jock body type, rather than twink, so LeBoy is usually last on my list. But I went back because the drinks were a great deal and the dancers kept dancing. The fees for private rooms was low. The place was packed, especially the outside patio. Overall, it was still better than BW, despite BW men being more my type
  14. I was at BW in January. Compared to visits in previous years, it appears they have updated the interiors to give a more posh feel. However, the dancers were even less interactive, the bar prices even more expensive, and the outrageous cut the house demanded AFTER I left the private booths was so off putting. I was in Florida for two weeks. I went to BW once. Spent all the other nights at Johnson's or LeBoy.
  15. Video games are more entertaining than ever. I say it's a similar reason why workforce participation rate has been getting lower among males ages 25-35. There's just so much stimulus out there now, it's not worth the effort to go out and get laid, or go out and work an entry level job.
  16. I'm going to PV again in late April as well. When I was in PV in February, every establishment had pads to clean your shoes before entering, and almost everyone had a mask around their chin. I saw some cabaret shows which were moved outdoors and/or had reduced capacity. The strip clubs and gay bars were a little less crowded, but no masks. My theory is consuming alcohol must kill the germs.
  17. I've only been to Montreal, not Paris. Glad to see I'm not missing out too much
  18. I've had a therapist at a legitimate massage place wear a cock ring. He said he wore it all day.
  19. When I was 16, my mother took me aside and said whenever I have sex with a girl, be sure she's on the pill. I'm keeping that info in the back of my mind in case it ever happens.
  20. I found the VIP area to be worth the $20 charge for all night in-out access. It's just another smaller area of the bar with open couches and access to the bar. Otherwise, lap dances are performed out in the open area at your table by the main stage. In the VIP area, there are booths which cost yet another upgrade. I haven't tried one of those yet so I can't offer any advice.
  21. I was referring to the dialogue in the play, where the Narrator/Cop corrects Little Sally and directs her to call it "Urinetown: The Musical" and not just "Urinetown". He goes on to tell her that simply "Urinetown" refers to the place people are sent when they can't afford to pay to pee, and is not the same as "Urinetown: The Musical".
  22. Actually, it's Urinetown: The Musical To speak of Urinetown, without saying The Musical, implies you may not have seen the show either.
  23. Puerto Vallarta, Mexico: Most overrated: Wet Dreams, the popular gay strip club Most underrated: Club 69, the gay strip club next door to Wet Dreams, but overlooked by so many people
  24. I've never even heard of Spring Valley State Park. I thought Spring Valley was an unincorporated township in Clark County.
  25. RSVP had gender neutral public restrooms in 2015. Then in 2016, the gender neutral signs were up for only a day before being taken down, and there were repeated announcements for men not to use the ladies room. It was still that way in 2019. So, some high profile female raised a fuss about having to share a gender neutral space, and RSVP caved.
