Anyone have any spa recommendations that maybe aren’t discussed here often - meaning the standard Utopia, Hero, etc. have you had any luck at a spa that maybe has female masseuses but also a male working there? I guess I’m just looking for something different than the standard places for a shake up.

I understand the OP’s intent. Even when I go to a spa where a HE is nearly guaranteed, I like to be draped and/or blindfolded with a towel. It all adds to the more legit experience and atmosphere. I had a massage that the OP was looking for on vacation in Playa Del Carmen MX at our resort. I was fully draped but the masseur loved to know he was exciting me as he would purposefully press his manhood against me showing me he was erect. He rubbed everywhere but did not finish me. I was so aroused when he left I had to finish myself in about 20 seconds. And it didn’t bother me that he didn’t finish. It was one of the most memorable massages I’ve ever had.

I once had a masseur (from Manta) ask for my number because he wanted to go on a date with me. First disclaimer, I’m not a model at all, second, I hadn’t even tipped yet and didn’t tip anything special. So fast forward, I had dinner with him and went to my place. I once went to a place in Flushing ages ago and not sure if any of the Main Street shops have male masseurs who will provide the proper ending. Also I went to a spot maybe in Astoria years ago. It was not far from a subway stop. But my memory is fading. Any spots you guys have experience with?

I once received Nuru massage (which is basically a thick lube substance where a masseur rubs his body all over yours) at Manta (before it was Hero). I don’t know if they still offer it but it was pretty intense.

Sometimes we invest in a stock that loses money. Sometimes we eat a meal that tastes bland. These are risks when you make a purchase/hire. No going back. Just learn lessons to avoid those choices moving forward.

I’ve had good luck there. I can’t say I’ve had really bad experiences anywhere consistently. Of course one pops up due to chemistry, a tired masseur, who knows, but I’ve had as many good experiences at Greenhouse as I have anywhere else. I think the boys are trained as they are for super men. Same owner. The really good ones graduate and go to work at Super Men’s.

When I used to have a bad experience, and I’m approached about a HE, I decline as I’m already thinking about where I’m going to book next. And by next, I mean like as soon as I walk out the door. Yes those days are expensive but I refuse to sit on a bad experience without taking action.

I appreciate that some guys don’t mind if a masseur negotiates “happy ending” for a little extra money. However there is another post about why people even like massage in the first place and many like it because of some “unknown” of what is to come next. Also many guys, including myself try to get into a relaxed state and to a point where we disconnect from reality. When a masseur pauses to then discuss payment it ruins the flow or state of mind I’m in. Look, I understand that for many Masseurs, bringing up money at that point probably gets them higher tips than if they don’t. But for me, I hate it and prefer to tip based on my enjoyment - which has now been diminished due to the topic coming up.

I am a lover of massage and I often wonder if/why I prefer it as my ultimate choice of sexual adventure. While it may be hard to admit it, I think I am entirely into the idea that someone is servicing me - treating me as a king. Include a table shower and the whole scene just turns me on. More so than if a hot guy came up and said “fuck me”. I love the notion of being serviced - even if that person is receiving compensation.
