It isn’t a “discount” it’s what the market will bear. That’s the glory of a free market. If they want $100 but need to discount to get customers, then the discount price is actually the right price (at least at that moment). No one in business reduces price out of the kindness of their heart.

This goes back to the old question of - if the value of something is greater than the price is, they should charge more. I agree that a $20 tip is bare minimum, but people who lecture that a tip should be 100% (or $60) or more are also over-tipping in my mind. But that’s their right just as it is someone’s right to tip $20-30.

Energy Men Spa on 23rd has table shower and most Masseurs are not going to do extra work (e.g., a hard massage). They will rub and tug.

Steam works in Chicago is an excellent spot. Very clean. Huge. Wide variety of experiences from a maze, private rooms, sling, elevated area with a pit in the middle so guys are at penis height while standing, a huge jacuzzi etc. Best time is weekend evening but it is worth the small investment.

He’s very attractive and not an ounce of fat on his body. If you have hangups about what he does for fun - not with you - then that’s your own issue.

Please tell me where someone can make more than $40 per hour on the street.

Elegantz and Shooters will both give you a great time. My advice to you is don’t overplan or over research. Go, be naive, and enjoy the unknown.

I know there have been a few posts about Rainbow88 before but curious to know if anyone has visited lately. If so I know Jason is the main guy but curious if I should see anyone new. Part of what appeals to me is that I like an unknown factor. I don’t like a formulaic experience. I understand massages can include walking on your back, hot stones, etc. so that appeals. Even a blindfold appeals to me. Also has anyone done 4 hands there? Thanks!

Where would anyone recommend going if young and thin - twink maybe even tending to the fem side would be? Spa preferred but could be individual masseur.

Anyone have any good recommendations at Energy Men Spa? M Star was one of my first regular spots when I moved here so the place provides a little nostalgia. But if it is just upselling and no quality, I don’t think I’ll waste my time. FYI I prefer younger thin asian Masseurs who aim to please. While on the note of seeking recommendations, I’m also on the hunt for a spa that uses a drape, even blindfold during the massage but still ends happily. There is something about a drape and blindfold that makes the experience seem more legit with a surprise at the end. Thanks!

I had Chen at Yeah Man. He takes pride in giving hard/strong massage. I hate strong massage and let him know. So basically he threw massage aside and went straight to pleasing mode. Boy does he please. I told him he was recommended to me and he seemed to be proud of that and aimed to please. For the price, I think you’d be a fool to not visit him.

East St Louis is a bar that has nudity... well I guess the guys wear socks (on their feet).

Does anyone have any experience at Spa 45? It’s on the second floor at 45th and Lexington. I think they have a lot of female therapists but I believe they may also have a male or two. Just trying to understand if it’s worth the visit.

In a way, asking for a photo is a good thing. Yes it’s incredibly rude but at least you don’t waste your time with someone who may not give you full attention if they are only looking to massage a certain type of guy.

I think spa ownership here is mostly like 3 power agents. Hero, New Hero, Energy, maybe more are all the same. Utopia and Shangrila are same. Green House and Super Men’s same. I imagine much more and maybe even all roll up to the same ultimate money behind these businesses.

I went to a spa in Shanghai and the manager told me “no matter what, do not tip”. Let me start by saying I am in the camp of never wanting to tip especially when I’m told not to. Now fast forward 90 minutes after one of the most amazing experiences of my life, and you better believe I still tipped. I think I was even more prone to because I was told not to.
