Personally, I hate using Uber in Manhattan. The two times I tried were a disaster in trying to find the car picking me up in modtown. Much rather just hail a cab even if ends up being more expensive. That is if I'm not using the subway which is much more typical for me.

I was agreeing with you about escorts who charge more for outcalls than for incalls. My first post stated exactly that about pricing yourself to avoid nickel and diming people.
 
If you are going to increase your fee for an outcall, that should cover the transportation costs especially if you aren't traveling far. I won't pay extra for "delivery of goods/service". OTOH, If you don't have a different price for and in and out calls, I would be willing to pay a "delivery fee."

I much prefer this method pricing. I hate nickel and diming over every little thing. It's no different than what airlines have done. Up your price $100 or whatever and bring back all the benefits of coach air travel from days gone by.

It comes out to .01lbs actually. I ring that up.

Here's hoping. I'm scheduled to fly to London in late August to complete my postponed birthday trip. I have little desire to push it back again even though I wouldn't mind staying 39 for one more year.

That's a good point but the reason I have been putting off changing my age is because I was supposed to celebrate my 40th in London with a multi-day session. I feel obligated to "update" my age once it happens.

There is no hotel in the world I have been inside more and never spent a night than the Marquis. Super easy to use a bathroom on the theatre floor and a great lobby for reading while waiting for a show to start.

I actually saw it 4 times. Lol The first time the infrared listening device I got didn't work well. My uncle contacted the theatre and they offered us two orchestra tickets and a backstage tour which we accepted. Then I went with my mom for the third time. My uncle and I went back when Matthew Broderick came back and was playing opposite Sarah Jessica Parker. And yeah, I loved the show.
 
I saw the Daniel Radcliffe revival. I enjoyed it but thought they played up the Finch/Biggley relationship at the expense of the Finch/Rosemary relationship due to the casting.
