One person who came to NY to help out is Dan from Real World Miami. One of his video diaries was shown on MSNBC (Rachel Maddow, iirc). He's a nurse back in his home state of Kansas now. It wasn't mentioned that fact, but he doesn't look much different from back then so I recognized him.

The worst has not begun and today, I found it hard to go on.

The two times I never take my temperature is immediately after a bath or shower or immediately after eating. The latter because I only have oral thermometers. Taking your temp when your mouth or body will be artificially hotter or colder is futile and will only lead to anxiety and fear. -
I like this idea.

When I have one, rare as it is now, I usually get up, take a wash cloth and clean myself up and then change my sleeping attire. Depending on the time, I will go back to sleep. One thing I like most about wet dreams is how vivid mine are.

Thanks for the info.

What happened to Juan Vancouver? Did he retire?

No, though I do love Jack Benny. Ironically, I am currently 39. I know most of my family will start calling me Jack Benny if it happens. ?

You could call that Gizmo disease (Gremlins reference). I have relatives that are allergic to cold, as in ice, cold water, etc.

I have a feeling I know who the Connecticut escort is. If it is who I think, he'd be one of my first hires as well if I could get an appointment.

I have multi-day appt with Gabriel Cross at the end of Aug that's probably going to be postponed. Too bad as it was a birthday present for myself. I have decided I won't officially change my age until it happens.

Anyone ever meet or know Scrappy/Caleb from best flex? I'm interested in possibly meeting with him after this is all over on my next trip to FLL.

Interesting but I'm not sure how they can capture the blood vessels without dilation and medical drops and whatever camera they use. I'm sure the doctor would have mentioned it if it was possible. -

My last appointment was via telemedicine, but my next one I have to go in because I need get pictures taken of my eyes. Can't do that via telemedicine. The doctor wants me to push it back again, but I am not sure I want to take the chance. I'll see what happens over the next few days before I decide whether I want to wait another month. Whenever I go, I am doing the waiting in the car. Go in and sign in and tell the receptionist to call me to come in. Get eyes dilated, back to car. Get pictures, back to car. See the doc, go home. -
The amount of times Ryan has played a character who was either gay or had sex with men only makes his appearance on Will & Grace this season even more hilarious. His storyline was about him doing a gay role but needing to have sex with a man to get experience. Lol

For $500 an hour, it would have to be someone who wasn't in the porn or escort business. Mostly a celeb who I am deeply infatuated with. The guys who played Will, Rex or Cristian on One Life to Live are probably top of the list. Speaking of that show, Ryan Phillippe (another contender on my list) played Billy, the first gay teen on daytime TV and maybe any TV show. It was the time when they had the AIDS quilt on the show. Excellent storyline.

something different for a bucket list : totally naked barber
Islesguy replied to Smurof's topic in The Lounge
I usually don't get more than two or three haircuts a year because I have completely unmanageable hair when it's short but the place I have been going since I was a teenager never seems understand the word trim. I have little desire to find a new place anyway because it was one of the few good things I got from my dad. It was his barbershop also. As soon as it is safe, I am going to get a nice shave there. -
I'm thinking about getting one myself since I was never able to learn to ride a bike.

It might be more because a higher infections of COVID started earlier in downstate NY, especially Westchester, which probably promoted people to individually start distancing earlier. The last time I went into the city was March 8th. There was a noticeable decline in the number of people using public transportation. Even on Feb 26, the morning rush was very noticeably lower. Both times, there were many people already wearing masks. -

While I am not a doctor, I can confirm that doctors only get called at home with bad news. When a friend of mine was diagnosed with a rare genetic disease, the examining doctor told him he would need to consult with a doctor who was at home, sick. He knew right then the news was going to be seriously bad. -
There have been lawsuits about blocking software at libraries. I haven't looked up any recent cases, but in the past, courts have ruled that libraries, because they are government entities, cannot block websites on 1st Amendment grounds. Not 100% sure if this applies to adult sites, but it might. You may want to check that out.

I have always slept on my side and typically with my knees bent. Sleeping in my stomach would be near impossible for me at this point.

Can't argue with either response above. You have 10 years until retirement and 15 until you are required to withdraw. If you are allowed to pick your investments, a good etf or low load mutual fund focusing on companies that help people communicate online or medical supply companies could be beneficial in the short-term.
