Three that come to mind for me: Griffin Barrows Jake Owen Blake Mitchell Whenever I get to take my now postponed trip to London, I may investigate hiring Leander. I'm usually not big on tats, but anyone who is willing to put The Hanged Man on his back is someone with whom I want to spend some time.

What band had you hooked from the first song you heard from them?
Islesguy replied to geminibear's topic in The Lounge
I have two. One most people wouldn't call a band: The Statler Brothers. The other is The Chicks. -
Herd immunity using the method.the US is currently using means close to 2 million people dead most likely. Not anywhere close to what I would consider "the best thing."

Have you ever apologized for not following someone's advice?
Islesguy replied to a topic in The Lounge
When I was a tax accountant, I rarely got an apology from clients who failed to follow my advice even when I have the same advice year and year because a client continued to complain about their tax situation. No matter how many years their situation stayed the same because they didn't follow my advice, all I got was complaining that I wasn't doing better for them. I would even have them fill out forms with me to use and they still wouldn't. Maddening. -
I keep wondering whether Vaughn Hillyard is gay. He melts me even in a mask.

I love a guy who keeps his glasses on during sex like Blake. I'd pay top dollar for an hour with him.

I understand that women are more likely to be the targets of either the police or violent clients, but why do pretty much all of them require so much verified information from clients while men seem to mostly be on the honor system. It seems weird that male escorts aren't also doing it.

Best time of the day to hire so the scort is more responsive
Islesguy replied to MyWhorishWays's topic in The Deli
I tend to time it when it is best for me if it's a 2hr session. Usually late afternoon to early evening. If I am hiring for a overnight length but during the day, I usually want to leave time before and after whatever outing I have planned for private fun time. -
Considering my parents were kids when Leave it to Beaver was on, he could never be my first crush. He likely would have been if I had seen reruns of it when I was a pre-teen.

Until the idiots get their act together, it is necessary. They also need to get more strict on Long Island. The increase a few days ago seems like it was momentary blip instead of a trend. Still, it was disconcerting. People are starting to get lax which boggles my mind seeing what's happening everywhere else in country outside of the Northeast.

Upper 70s and low humidity and see point temps for two days in the NY metro area. Unfortunately, there's a heat wave come with temps close to 90 and stifling humidity this weekend. You take the good; you take the bad as they say.

Antibodies are not the only thing involved in immunity. T-cells of which there are multiple types are just as important and sometimes more so because they can stimulate the immune system to produce more antibodies. The few papers than have published of vaccine trials have shown t-cell production. This is positive news.

Of the escorts I have hired, 4 were memorable in very different ways. No particular order here One was my first hire and while it was awesome, it didn't go at all like I had planned. Another was so sweet in dealing with my being so nervous. Plus, the way he was able to make it so when the two of us were standing on the floor our eyes were level was just OMG. The third was so caring and always was making sure I was ok since I was developing a cold that caused us to change plans and stay in. The fourth was so cute about being mad at himself for breaking off an appointment from two years prior especially since I was pretty convinced he hated me that I couldn't believe he still had my contact info to contact me out of the blue to set something up. When he did, I hastily rearranged my schedule to make sure I was available. When a dream can be fulfilled, you don't pass up that chance. Let's just say it was all I had hoped it would have been back then and more.

Positivity in Suffolk has gone from approx 1% to 2% in three days. Still lower than back in May but a discouraging trend.
-
Yeah, I'm hoping it's a temporary blip since Long Island has had three days worth of an uptick. Nassau has been a little better but still worrying.
-
Suffolk County, NY had it's first triple digit number of positive cases since May yesterday. That's a worrying number in light of it being a little more than a week post 7/4.

I'm no expert, but I think of there is currently low community spreading, appropriate mask wearing and capacity topped at 30-40%, I don't see an issue with allowing for open air concerts and sports attendance. I would also probably want to restrict loud cheering but with proper distancing, it might be fine. The biggest problem is still the number of places in the US where the virus is spreading rapidly and where testing isn't sufficient/fast enough to trace and isolate new cases. Until positivity rates are <\=2% for a sustained period, there likely too many undiagnosed or asymptomatic people to have large gatherings where everyone is in one place for multiple hours.

If this were true, where is the spike of cases in the Northeast and DC?

The last time I was in San Diego (last July) the humidity was so bad I felt I was back home in NY. In fact, the people with whom I stayed had central air installed since the weather was getting so bad. My cousin's place, which was closer to the ocean and had better airflow, was better but I'm not sure how long I would have been able to stay there if I had since they didn't have air conditioning. San Diego was one of those places I loved visiting because of the cool, dry summers to escape NY. Not sure anymore.

Currently, I'm reading Seth Abramson's Proof trilogy. I did recently finish a couple of Agatha Christie's and Michael Crichton's Timeline.

This one pisses me off especially when use in Congressional hearings to delay answering the question. Just fucking answer the question.

Us sarcastic people use "I could care less" because we use it sarcastically. In fact, it's one of my favorites. I couldn't care less just doesn't cut it.

While neither Matt Damon nor Jude Law were my first crushes, I was hard through most of The Talented Mr. Ripley when I saw it the theater. The sexual tension was off the charts for me. My hand definitely made its way down there a couple of times. Too bad I wasn't alone.

Now that I am officially not going to London, I'm not sure who will be my first hire after this ends. I told my guy in London, I want to come out as soon as this ends but who knows when Americans will be allowed back to the UK without a quarantine. Might have to settle for a stateside regular first.
