I want to speak with my primary care first to see if I should wait until the “full shot” is available instead of the intradermal “low dose”. 🩺

Ugh. I am sorry you took an uninvited guest home. Check in with us and let us know how you are managing. Hope your symptoms are as mild as mine was when I picked it up in June. Vaccine seems to have done its job…kept me out of the hospital with mild flu like symptoms (team Pfizer here). Was able to keep working from home - after about a week I felt almost like my old self. I did not take medication at all - not even NyQuill - symptoms were too mild. No “long Covid” issues yet… Feel better soon!

I can’t speak for everyone else, but I did get the vaccine for meningococcal - it has long been on the list of recommended vaccines for gay men in established health systems like Johns Hopkins and Upenn.

I got the same text - my assumption is that 2nd doses will only be available once additional supplies of the vaccine arrive in the fall.

It is one of those questions nobody can give you a good answer to. Unless they know your diet, how you modify your diet the day before and the day of bottoming, and how quickly food normally move through your digestive system. They will also need to know how much liquid you use (aka how much of your system gets flushed.) Not what you were hoping for but there are a number of moving parts. Or I can just guess: 4 hours! 😋

I would suggest paying particular attention to your diet, in addition to your workouts. That has always been the hardest part for me - especially when I travel and have to attend business related events/dinners etc.

Congratulations! Now you know someone who pays less than $3k a month for a roomy (by NYC standards) 1BR on the upper west side. Maybe I am thrifty since my expenses don’t look nearly as bad as you describe. And, to be honest, I doubt that many Sugar Babies will be declaring their allowances to uncle Sam so taxes probably don’t come into the calculation.

I keep hearing that, but when I speak to my younger friends, they have no problem finding a sub $3k 1BRs in the upper west side or upper east side. Some even find sub $2k 1BRs in West Harlem or Upper Manhattan. Most of them dont have a doorman, gym etc, but basically a decent comfortable place. Regardless, you can live pretty comfortable on $10k a month.
