  1. I have a Remington that does the job just fine.
  2. It is one of those questions nobody can give you a good answer to. Unless they know your diet, how you modify your diet the day before and the day of bottoming, and how quickly food normally move through your digestive system. They will also need to know how much liquid you use (aka how much of your system gets flushed.) Not what you were hoping for but there are a number of moving parts. Or I can just guess: 4 hours! 😋
  3. I would suggest paying particular attention to your diet, in addition to your workouts. That has always been the hardest part for me - especially when I travel and have to attend business related events/dinners etc.
  4. You REALLY need to consult a medical professional.
  5. He was on Seeking Arrangements for a while. He did have a sugar daddy for a bit, but it did not last long (so he told me). I met him at a public event (Buffboyz in 2020 I believe). Cute and cocky, but we didnt spend any private time together. At the time he had a boyfriend and they were working together as well.
  6. Perhaps he is feeling a bit awkward about the whole thing too. Maybe text him a “Hey, are you feeling better after your illness?” See how he reacts. His response or lack of response should tell you something. In the long run, put it behind you - it was one of life’s curve balls, you learn from it and take the experience for what it is.
  7. I doubt you should expect a second dose any time soon, given that they are trying to stretch the existing supply to get more people a first dose… From CNN: “The Biden administration is set to announce a new emergency declaration as early as Tuesday afternoon that would enable providers to inject one-fifth of the currently authorized dose into the skin, rather than a full dose into underlying fat.”
  8. Congratulations! Now you know someone who pays less than $3k a month for a roomy (by NYC standards) 1BR on the upper west side. Maybe I am thrifty since my expenses don’t look nearly as bad as you describe. And, to be honest, I doubt that many Sugar Babies will be declaring their allowances to uncle Sam so taxes probably don’t come into the calculation.
  9. Dude! You gotta tone down the drama. And stop reading the New York Post. NYC isnt Baltimore or Detroit. I’ve lived here for decades and its not that bad.
  10. I keep hearing that, but when I speak to my younger friends, they have no problem finding a sub $3k 1BRs in the upper west side or upper east side. Some even find sub $2k 1BRs in West Harlem or Upper Manhattan. Most of them dont have a doorman, gym etc, but basically a decent comfortable place. Regardless, you can live pretty comfortable on $10k a month.
  11. You can still find a nice 1 bedroom in Manhattan for less than $3k, if you avoid midtown. You can live very comfortable (if not luxurious) on $120k a year. Most of my friends do. (I have insider knowledge since I do their taxes and see all their finances). 🤓
  12. I remember you asked the same questions before, like 3 months ago. Did you act on the advice you were given?
  13. I usually have Koyfin running on a separate screen - not sure I would say it is “better”. For news feeds, I also use Yahoo Finance (and have for many years).
  14. Honest answer: the current vaccine is fairly new so hard data is almost impossible to compile. Even an estimate would be borderline guessing.
  15. When you are facing a recession, you want a strong middle class consumer at your back. That worries me the most - we no longer have that. The uber wealthy wont save you from a recession. Blaming “the government” is an easy answer but rather short sighted. Its like blaming the toothbrush for your cavities. There were recessions before there were governments, just like there were cavities before there were toothbrushes.
  16. I considered it years ago when I came into a windfall. Return rate was low and commission/fees were eye watering at the time. Would be nice to have a fixed “personal pension” but the cost vs. benefit did not work for me.
  17. 17,000 Appointments will be up for grabs at 6pm, according to their press release on twitter.
  18. I agree, I like his behavioral approach to budgeting and saving. Cannot recommend him for investing advice - he keeps pushing mutual funds that carry loads (fees and commissions) and that does not sit well with me. 🤷‍♂️ Also the religious undertone is sometimes a bit much.
  19. Perhaps consider hiring a financial advisor who is a teacher at heart, who is happy to educate you as part of the service. 🙂
  20. Now that is a Blue Light Special I can appreciate! 😉
  21. I forward all of these text to 7726 (Federal Trade Commission SPAM line) then I block the number. I dont reply or click on any links - too risky.

Maybe the one set of pics was him and the other his roommate Riley he mentions in his profile… 🤔
  23. From USA Today. CBS news earlier this week. There - you are caught up. 🤓

  25. I hear this all the time - folks confuse smallpox vaccine with chickenpox vaccine. Smallpox vaccine will provide protection for monkeypox, chickenpox vaccine won’t. Please do consult with a medical professional - I am not one. Ive just been reading up.
