9 out of 10 hires are regulars I have seen for a while. When a regular retires, I look for a new provider. I may hire a non-regular provider when I travel. Should add that I mainly hire masseurs - when I find a provider that gives a really good massage, I dont see the need to keep trying (often mediocre) new talent.

There is a lot of judgment in this thread. Some men on rentmen interpret PnP as “willing to smoke weed with you” - why assume it means hard drugs?

I will never understand why we, the general public, enjoy sticking our noses into other people’s business. Or feel qualified to criticize what they do in their free time. Social media has made it worse. As long as he isnt hurting anyone…how about we all just mind our own business. 🤔

I havent been to a branch in weeks. That being said, I got calls from bankers at two major banks today to “check in” and see if I needed assistance. They probably hope to help existing clients move money to them from smaller banks. Didnt speak to them - just my conclusion from listening to the voicemails they left for me.

My understanding is that it is basically a local anesthetic - it is a numbing agent. If you leave it on during oral, your partner may ingest the agent and it may numb their tongue and taste funny. I would suggest your apply, leave it on for 15 minutes, then rinse off once the numbing agent has done its job. Not a medical professional - you should definitely speak to someone better qualified than me.

I tell my friends that a watch is a toy. It doesnt generate a cashflow. Could they end up in a position where the toy can be sold later for more than they paid for it? Sure. But would I call it an investment? No.

I can tell you from experience (which shapes my opinion) that 9 times out of 10 paying a deposit is a bad idea. Even if the guy has been on rentmn for years and have reviews. Even if he seems like a nice guy. Even if it is just $50. 9 times out of 10. I am a slow learner, but eventually even I can catch on. You have clearly had a different experience. Good for you. Try not to be so hard on other people who have not had your experience with deposits. In case you were wondering: I have never flaked on an appointment. Have been late once or twice due to traffic. The one time I had to cancel, I paid the full rate. In general, we are not out to play games - we don’t have the time or inclination. But we know that is not the case from the other side of the coin. And, frankly, you won’t persuade us otherwise.

I guess everyone feels differently about deposits and verification. Not sure I would be comfortable reaching out to a provider for a reference to satisfy another provider. Usually when a provider asks for a deposit “i am busy, reserve your spot now to avoid disappointment” it feels like I am talking to Vince and he’s trying to sell me a ShamWow. My standard reply: Sounds like you have your hands full with your current schedule. Maybe we can meet another time when you are not so busy.

If we travel together I offer the same I utilize (coast to coast I travel business). If we don’t travel together it is negotiated. I have paid for business class. I even recall paying for a provider to travel first class on the Acela.

I dont follow your logic. If a legit provider does not have good management skils they should not ask for deposits - a deal is a deal; if you take the deposit you show up at the appointed time. If you cant be there on time you return the deposit. If you don’t, you are not legit in my opinion, and are a rip off. My brother is far more important to me than the king of england. You have interesting priorities. You were wrong to pay a deposit. He was wrong as a no show and to not return your deposit. I object to his usage of “gentleman” in his profile name - he isnt acting like any gentleman in my book!
