BMW i3s

I own a 2018 BMW i3s REX. It is the most fun car I have ever owned/driven, and I have owned many nice cars. The battery, rated at 120 miles, actually gets you 70-80. The REX is a small gas engine/generator which is good for another 30-40 miles (per 2.5 gallon fill). For most local driving including getting to/from work every day, it is a fantastic car. Like most electric vehicles, it does have some limitations: Without the REX, this car is simply not viable. The risk of being stranded is just too high. This car is not great for long-range travel (over 100 miles) at least until we build out the electric charging network more The beauty of electric vehicles is that the power off the line is instantaneous. This is the quickest nimblest car I have ever driven.

Guys, it's been several months now since @RadioRob took the reins as webmaster for this site. Watching a new Netflix Series called "Uncoupled" starring Neil Patrick Harris (NPH). Series is about a gay couple in NYC who break up after 17 years, the story follows NPH experience post-breakup. It's a bit like a gay male version of Sex and the City. Enjoying it so far.....😀

As for Gay Culture, Boston has become highly homogenized. There are a few neighborhood bars (Club Cafe, DBar, Cathedral Station) but the day of the big dance clubs is gone. I still love my Boston though. Visit the Seaport, Back Bay, South End and Cambridge. Take a day trip (ferry) to Provincetown if you have time. e have several great museums. Chinatown, North End (little Italy). All good.

My own brother took his life 2 weeks ago at 60 after a lifelong battle with alcohol addiction (and resultant depression and mental health challenges).
