A couple of buds on this board I know go to Brazil once or twice per year for an all-out, weeklong pigfest. The cost of providers is 10% of US, and so many hot Latin boys to choose from! They will usually hire one or 2 for the entire week, and supplement with others. Now that's what I call a Value Proposition!

I've had too many sub-par to terrible experiences in Guy Guesthouses, so I generally avoid them now. We went to Lisbon last Fall and the prices were incredible, we stayed at a boutique hotel right in the city center for about $250/night. Splurge! The Lumiares Hotel & Spa - Small Luxury Hotels Of The World, Lisbon, Portugal WWW.BOOKING.COM Located in Bairro Alto, the bohemian and cultural heart of Lisbon.

Bump, planning a trip to LA in a few weeks and very interested in this provider 😎

Thanks for this validation.....I have been reading up on Intermittent Fasting, and am planning to start....though plan a "skip breakfast" regimen (timing just works best for me). Skip breakfast, high protein/low carb lunch and regular (reasonable) dinner. Glad it's working out for you.....Jack

67 during the day, and 62 at night. We have a Pellet stove in our kitchen/dining area which we will sometimes turn on for ambiance and to take the chill off. I prefer sleeping in a cold room with blankets. Live in MA here.

Is going to college still worth it?
+ JEC replied to marylander1940's topic in Personal Finance & Investing
I think the statistics still prove that your earning potential is much higher with college (or trade school) education. It is true that things have gotten much more competitive at the Ivy level, however, there are still great affordable choices in the state schools. I am a VP at a large organization, started my career and community college, went to work, earned my bachelor's at night (having my employer pay for half of it), and just a few years ago completed my MBA and a top state school program, which cost $39,000 and I paid cash. Point is, there are lots of pathways to education…. We tend to think of higher education as a binary thing… Go directly from high school, go to top school, have mom and dad pay. There are many alternative, affordable, and accessible choices out there. -
I love his porn work, uninhibited pig and true verse. I love a power top who will also power bottom (100% top here). Would love to connect with him, I doubt Boston is on his to do list 😎

Jeffrey Epstein's naughty list expected to be made public!
+ JEC replied to marylander1940's topic in The Lounge
Given all that Epstein knew, and the risk he posed to countless uber-powerful people, there is no way that his death was an accident. I generally eschew conspiracy theories....but this one is too obvious. -

Anyone stepping up to take on the Mare role should be prepared to take it, by prepared I mean both mentally and physically (douched, lubed, and stretched). A buttplug or some dildo play would be good prep.

AND, film the entire thing?

Hey, was kidding about buying the tickets - but it sure sounds like fun!

I'm booking my tickets now 😲

I like the breeding mares concept, I love bottoms for whom dick is their oxygen. Like they come alive once you plug in. Eyes-rolled-back-goose-bumps-on-their-ass. Throw in an anal orgasm or cumming hands-free and I will be a client for life.

Very cute guy, looks very fuckable 🐷

The "old" YMCA in Boston (Huntington Ave) was quite cruisy, until they renovated it.....the steam room especially could be quite active. I say "old" for 2 reasons, it is/was in fact the oldest YMCA in the US, also....they renovated the "old" YMCA it about 10 years ago (and ruined it IMHO) and in the process ruined any "cruisy-ness" about it. The original YMCA was very ornate, lots of wooden trim and pillars, the gymnasium had an elevated running track overhead, squash courts in the basement, and the oldest indoor swimming pool (mosaic tile) in the US in the sub-basement. It was gorgeous, but in need of updating. Instead they tore half the building down (including the gym, running track, and pool) and tried to make the entire building interior modern, it sort of works but I miss the character of the old place.

Bottoms who experience an "anal orgasm", and bottoms who cum hands free while being fucked are both major turn-ons 🐷

Consider a tour of the Northeast, the major cities (Boston, NYC, DC) can all be reached by train. There are a number of smaller/secondary cities you also might make some hay in, accessible from each of the major cities (Boston: Provincetown, Providence, Portsmouth NH, Portland ME, Albany NY; NYC: Hartford, New Haven, etc). Mike Gaite does trips/tours like this and seems to be very successful at it; Victor Powers also did this with some success before he retired. This strategy could also apply in other regions. Esp if you plan these trips around events (Pride, MAL, Carnival or Bear Week in PTown, etc.). Good luck!

New Zealand Itinerary and Sites recommendations
+ JEC replied to Rod Hagen's topic in Africa/Asia/Australia
Went to NZ pre-COVID, was in NZ 3 nights as part of a larger Tahiti/Australia/NZ trip. Have friends who link in Auckland who played tour guide for us, which was great. I honestly cannot recite details of exactly where we went/what we saw, but generally (1) NZ is stunningly beautiful (2) NZ is sleepy - not a lot going on (3) Auckland, their largest city, is small, sleepy and not that much to do. If you are an outdoorsperson, NZ is a paradise. If you like vibrant city life and culture, not so much. I hear NZ is a lovely place to live, I'm sure I could adapt to living there and slowing down my pace and expectations......in time. Enjoy your trip! -
