Point is you can’t see a virus and both HPV and HIV are viruses. And a virus is transmittable even in the absence of lesions, chancres, sites, bumps or other visible evidence. It’s sadly misinformed to think there is no risk if you cannot “see” evidence.

Categorically false. You can't see HIV, and you can't see a cold, or the flu.

HPV is a virus. it's invisible. Most of the population have some form of HPV (there are hundreds of strains). About a dozen of those strains are associated with cancers including anal for men (and cervical for women). It doesn't matter what kind of slut you are - its really a numbers game, more playmates = more contact. There is a vaccine for HPV - most insurance wont cover unless you are under 17 but worth getting vaccinated (self pay, or find a free clinic willing) if you are going to play in this space.

Dorchester is a huge borough - it's like saying "how is Brooklyn"? Parts of Dorchester are lovely, parts are sketchy. We lived in Dorchester for about 10 years (and starting 20 or so years ago) before moving to the 'burbs, had a lovely Victorian home there. Rents vary - based on the 'hood but are overall cheaper than downtown.

Only the extremely wealthy can afford Back Bay, or frankly most neighborhoods in Boston

Drive out to Hoover Dam (in a nice convertible). Also there is a racetrack in LV where you can drive high-end cars (Maserati, Lamborghini, etc). Make sure you get some highway head on the way to/from Hoover (oh, is that a play on words?)
