I think most all bend the truth, with varying intentions. For example, most will tell you you're the only client they're seeing that day (even one on a traveling road show where you know the are seeing 4-6 clients/day). I'll start by saying my pattern (so far) has not been to develop long-term frequent relationships...I might if I found the right chemistry. That said, I don't have nor think it a reasonable expectation of regular communication with a provider outside of your business relationship.
