Congrats! Rents (and Real Estate in general*) in NYC have fallen dramatically, glad that created an oppy for you. Will you be seeing "other clients" there too? Or, keeping those separate? Such a prime locale *I'm seeing 1 BR condos for $500k in good neighborhoods -
Hello, headed to NYC next weekend (5/15-16). Any hints what's open, what to do? Not even escort, massage or sex specific, just wonder what the current NYC has available.....Thanks!

How about The Stockyard? Or, The Slaughterhouse?

Agree with this. We should keep it, it is helpful sometimes to have tighter conversations. And, make it not visible unless you do have access (if possible). Right now, seems like @RadioRob can do anything!

Look at all these positive changes happening! Thanks @RadioRob !!!!

Good morning!

I have a new old fave. Jersey Mike's subs. Grew up in upstate NY and 50ish years ago there was a Mike's Subs, which we loved and went to as a family often usually on weekends. Fast forward 50 years and Jersey Mike's is a national chain. I only tried Jersey Mike's for the first time about 6 months ago, and said "hey, that's just like Mike's". Checked their website and yep, it's the same ppl. Their quality really is a few notches above Quiznos and Subway. They have whole wheat sub rolls and some organic meat options available, if that's important to you.

PS Is it really your birthday today @TorontoTwink ?

There are many types, and many men have many types they are into. I love a good twink (as do many others), esp if they are masc (as you describe yourself). I love dad/son play, esp when son can be a good sub (submissive bottom). I can also appreciate a good twunk, otter or daddy type (same sub rules apply). The chemistry is different with each, and I can adapt to the situation based on the person I am with (assuming there is chemistry). So, the market is wide open for all types. Try not to bother yourself with competing on type, because that's a losing proposition....you are you. If you focus on being the best you that you can be, that's a winning proposition and you will have many happy repeat clients. Confidence is sexy as hell to me, much more than bulging biceps or a six-pack (I mean they are hot too, but not with a crappy personality) ????????

Burgess Brothers are delish -
A few years ago I booked a guy in Boston for 2 hours, with very little prior chit chat. His online profile had a very jock/bro/guy next door vibe. The person who showed up no jock/bro instead was extremely effeminate, wearing a sweater with "Maude" arms, leggings and really heavy and BAD cologne. He then proceeded to tell me he couldn't bottom for me (my stated expectations) because he "wasn't clean down there". My goal was instantly to get him out of my hotel without making a scene (I was traveling for work and I had work colleagues at same hotel) so....I did pay him his fee, but our 2 hour session lasted 15 minutes. Lessons learned: Do your homework, including stating clearly your expectations. Never book 2 hours on a first meet.

If rumors are true, Mr Ramsey lives a placid family life in suburban Boston complete with wife and kids, whilst having this side hustle ?

mRNA (gene editing, and its cousin CRISPR) is a complete game changer. Expect amazing progress in medicine over the next decade based on this technology alone!

I've been quiet so far on the governance question. Having done lots of committee work over the years, I think a very small group, maybe even the small group @Coolwave35 suggests, would work best. Committees can suffer from paralysis, lots of conflict, or a very few people doing most of the work anyways (and resenting those who do not). Legal issues aside this site is not that complicated. A few others could serve in a advisory capacity if that small group needs, or they can continue to use the Cabana. While the benevolent dictator model is not ideal, as long as they are committed and keep the site/community running we all win. All of that said, the probate/estate issue is up in the air which could be a show stopper, and I do think as @Cooper says we will need to be patient for a little but until we know if it is (a show stopper) or not. Team WA has other reasons for needing the know whether they will be assigned executor - like dealing with the rest of Bills property, even if it is modest. So, they need to stay the course regardless the role this site plays. So, I think we'll need to chill a bit longer until we have a better handle on probate. Peace ✌

I wonder if The Sports Desk belongs in the Topics section of the Forum VS the General section? The General section historically has been all threads that related directly to escorting (or Massage). Not a big sports fan here so it doesn't really impact me either way Thanks for listening. Jack

@RadioRob I'd like to clarify and translate (for the non-technical) the state of the forum site. If I'm understanding your post(s) correctly, at this point we have copied the entire site contents - to another server which means we are no longer dependant on the site hosted in Atlanta, or the computers in Bill's apartment for the site content, for all intents and purposes the old site+content is "dead". Do you have backups in place for the new server/site? The only remaining technical dependency we have on the vestiges of Bill is the DNS, that is the subscription we pay to "own" the name www.message-forum.org and have that name (URL) point to a specific IP address (the internet address where the site is located)? The NEW site was set up with the DNS (URL) www.M4M-forum.org. For now, if people try to access the OLD URL www.message-forum.org, it "redirects" users to the NEW URL/IP Address (This is the internet equivalent of mail forwarding at the post office, except it happens instantly). If we lose access or rights, or our subscription expires to the OLD www.message-forum.org URL, we lose the redirect (mail forwarding) and the OLD URL would lead people to a "dead end" with no direction where the site now lives. I think we should make a strong push for people to save (and start using) the NEW URL www.M4M-forum.org in case we lose access to the OLD one. Is it possible to put up a page when ppl access the OLD URL www.message-forum.org saying "this site has moved to www.M4M-forum.org, please bookmark this this URL to access this site in the future" .... click here to access NEW site at www.M4M-forum.org? LMK if I have the details here correct (or not), thanks for all you are doing! Jack
