Thank you for the responses. The reason I am cautious with this guy is that he does not advertise and therefore doesn't have the risk to his biz if he did advertise. I know this a gamble, the first and last time I did this, I was shafted and lost my ticket and money. That's why regardless of who the guy is I am just recalling my bad experience about 20 years ago. 

This is pretty straight forward. What would you recommend I do to safeguard the plane ticket I will purchase myself for flying an escort to me for the weekend. I have heard before where some guys have actually changed the itinerary and went to a different location with the purchaser unaware of the scam that was just pulled over. 

Yes, I have seen this escort before, so not someone new to me, just trying to protect my investment.

Yes, that is what you do. I also have Google Voice (free) and that is what I use to chat and text. Once I have met them, I might give my actual cell number.

About 20 years ago, posters would organize a dinner at an area restaurant and people from the region would gather and even escorts were welcome. We had one in Ft Myers, Florida, that I attended and there were probably 4-5 more guys there and one of the local escorts joined us. I remember at first, they thought I was an escort, but I wasn't, one guy told me I should consider it, but I was happy in my career. It was one of those things that just kind of organically developed but soon died out for whatever reason. Events like this might be more successful in 2023.

I have thought about this several times in the past and it seems each time I come to the same conclusion.

I wish that when I was younger, I would have taken high school more seriously and moved farther away from home to go to college. Don't get me wrong, my career has been very successful, even with some major bumps along the way! Since I grew up in the deep South, I wish I would have gone to a different region of the country for college. Even though I was fortunate enough that my family had no problems paying for my college, I wish my parents would have pushed me more. So regardless, here I am approaching retirement in less than two years knowing that the southern college I graduated from did provide me a good career. So, the advice I would give to myself, when I was younger, would be to get out, push your limits and explore. 

Well here in South Florida, it's underwear for me. I do have a very thin t-shirt that I might wear the 30 nights a year where I might see temps in the 50's. I also have a ceiling fan directly above my bed and I run it at medium speed every night. Last year I tried running it in reverse mode a few nights and that was very nice. I haven't worn pajamas since high school.

I would bet English is a second or third language with him and planning a date would probably be a painful experience.
