Resort fees really piss me since I have top status with a couple chains and the items they are including with that absurd fee, are items I get as part of my membership status.
It's just not Vegas, a lot of NYC hotels have been charging a "mandatory fee" for a few years and the Palmer House in chicago is charging a $25 a night mandatory fee.   At least in NYC and Chicago though you get it back to use as a credit for food and beverages but sucks being forced to use it at the hotel since I like to eat offsite and not at a hotel restaurant

Keith Fitz-gerald mentioned Boeing again in today's email:

4 – The only way Boeing recovers
Hopes are running high that Boeing’s “back” now that is reportedly in talks to purchase Spirit, which makes the fuselages for Boeing jets. Both manufacturers have been struggling with production problems as they try to turn out Boeing’s top selling plane. (Read)
Continue to short, avoid or keep on the putskies I suggested a while ago. BA shares are down -21.47% YTD while Airbus and Embraer have returned 9.38% and 17.55% respectively.
    $180 a share, potentially lower.
I could see $150 without much of a stretch if this keeps up, or down as the case may be.
MyPOV: The only way forward is a complete reset at the C-level and holding every regulator who signed off on what’s happened to date accountable. Btw, I don’t think I’m off base here; whistleblower Ed Pierson, himself a former senior Boeing manager, believes the entire 737 fleet should be grounded. (Read)

I'd go with cheap wine since most recipes don't call for that much wine anyway and you can't keep it much more than a day and will pouring it out anyway.

With a backdoor IRA make sure you don't have any other IRA's before opening or you could really get dinged.   Suze Orman did a suze school podcast a few weeks ago you can find where she talks about it.
I don't really understand why they have an income limit anyway on a roth IRA seeing there isn't one for a roth 401K.   I'm fortunate enough to have a roth option for my 401K that was added two years ago, but would have loved a higher contribution limit for the IRA for those years I didn't have a roth 401K option.
If you qualify for a roth IRA, I'd put the max in you can for the match into the 401K since it's basically free month and the next $8K into a roth IRA and then go back to the 401K for additional money.
Some companies also have the option for a roth 401K match to be taxed instead of going into a traditional account and you can avoid paying taxes on those earnings as well

Glad I found this thread (not that I would have hired him anyway at his rates if he had great reviews).   He's in my area now and the pics were good and sounds like he isn't a lot of the things I am.   He quoted me $500 for an hour.

Keith Fitz-Gerald talked about Boeing again today in his email.   I;ve made quite a bit since I've been following him.
According to the FAA, a single engine Diamond DA 40 aircraft, carrying two people was midair when the pilot reported losing its door flying over upstate NY. (Read)
Meanwhile, Boeing’s orders and deliveries are apparently drying up. (Read)
I suggested a pairs trade mid-December – long Airbus and short or avoid Boeing – which continues to play out well. Airbus shares have returned 3.19% while Boeing has lost –17.77%.
Sadly, I continue to think that what’s happening could be the end of Boeing as we know it.
Meanwhile, continue to watch for a Chinese maker to offer a long-haul aircraft to global markets within the next few years. Using stolen – err, carefully researched – technology and specifications.

I definitely wouldn't be buying it.
Keith Fitz-Gerald, recommends shorting it.   I value his advice and have made a lot of money off his tips.   He seems to think Boeing will go bankrupt, but I don't see that happening seeing the only competition they have is Airbus and they are a couple years behind in orders.

Not sure why escorts are charging so much now.   I guess if they can get it, they may as well charge it.
Escort rates haven't risen that much overseas though is the funny thing.
I've been quoted $400 to $500 an hour recently by US escorts who aren't even porn stars starting out with no reviews or just a couple.    In Europe $400 can get you a hot, well known escort for 2 hours.   200EU seems to be the going rate.   I was recently in the same city as D'mitery osten and hired him (I've hired him a few times and one of my favorite hires) and his rate is 200EU.   I always hire him for 90 minutes for $300EU (about $340US) and he normally will spend a good two hours with me when you factor in he wants to shower together and just talk about whats going on with his careeer and him leaving Russia for good.   You are lucky to get 50 minutes out of some US escorts

I’m a CPA and would suggest you find someone local to do your taxes if you live in a place that has state and city taxes.  I’m only familiar with the state taw laws for my state and an adjacent state.
If your accountant practiced by himself and you weren’t able to get your accounting records, I’d also contact your state accountancy board and find out who has his accounting records.   It will be a lot easier for your new accountant if they have his records if there are things like depreciation schedules, loss coverovers, etc that may not be on the return.

They should have sent you the release that is filed with the county as well as the original mortgage. As long as the release is filed that is all you need to worry about (I worked in title insurance for many years).

Zero debt here.   But charge every purchase I can for the awards/points.  I have been able to maintain Delta thanks to AmEx and have a lot of miles and points.   But I pay the balance in ful (and try to pay the balance before the due date so it closes with a zero balance for credit reporting) and use my credit cards as a convenience not necessity.

GabeBrasz showed up with a local friend who did nothing though they charged for 2 guys. Gabe charged 400 bucks and claimed to be a passionate kisser and talented orally, but he just wanted to receive oral and not much else. He was constantly on text booking other customers. They were out in 20 minutes.

I checked later with a guy who wrote a bad review and he had the exact same experience. 100% not recommended. Save your money and spend on someone worth it.
