  1. Link does not work. Did he remove it or did MF remove it?
  2. That has not happened with anyone I have used. The ones I use it is business as usual. With the ones that have become more "conservative".....such as yours @Oaktown .....are they still charging the same rate, or did they drop the rate when they dropped the offerings? Seems only fair if they offer less, they should charge less.
  3. Why is this request for a nude housekeeper in a Massage Forum? If it fits in any forum, I think the closest one would be the Escort Forum. Just saying....
  4. I called one of my masseurs who has an ad on M4M and asked him about it.. He said when he logged into his account on M4M, they gave him the option of 3 free months if he tried it, then you have to pay a monthly fee to advertise. He was pissed, since if you go to M4M, the ad for Body Butler takes up the top page of the site. Then when you click on ANY individual ad on M4M part of the masseur's ad is about Body Butler. ( not the masseur's choice....M4M forces it into each ad) So my masseur closed his account. He thought it was a shitty thing for M4M to do.....to promote another product on the M4M site that drives traffic to an app and other masseurs that are not even listed on M4M.....on the exact site where these guys like my masseur are paying for their ads. (paying up to $269/month!) I agreed with him. NOT cool for M4M to do this. I think they either own part of the app....or get a cut from the company for advertising it....at the expense of their advertisers. As I said, NOT cool to encourage clients to use Body Butler, and pull potential clients away from their own M4M masseur advertisers.
  5. And don't forget the gay and alternative newspapers. They were there way before the internet, and would be a great place to put a massage ad with your pic. They also don't have the SESTA/FOSTA rules to deal with, these gay rags are more open, so your ad can be more risque. I think they may be the new way to go in the future.
  6. @DALE CRUZE , I really like your perceptions of MF. You have put it PERFECTLY about how dysfunctional they have become. Some changes were necessary because of SESTA/FOSTA, but most of the changes they made were just bad decisions. Totally agree with all you said!
  7. So I guess the escorts that ask for a pic, stats, etc. are the ones that are picking and choosing who they want to be with. I get that now. The consensus from the majority of posters is that they are okay with this and defend that practice. You are the clients, and if you are all okay with that, that is all that matters. You all stated your views clearly, and from reading thru the posts the takeaway is most ( but not all) think it is fine for escorts to pick and choose who they work with based on appearance. For myself personally, it is kind of funny, since I am 6'1"...185 lbs. lean muscle....VGL....and hire escorts on business trips for some quick action instead of wasting time on apps, etc. Even though most any escort that would request a pic would grab me once they saw me, I would not send a pic, and would move on. Personal preference. The pic thing just turns me off. But thanks for the education, and I respect how you guys stick up for escorts that do this. If you guys are okay with it, at the end of the day, that is all that matters.
  8. We all have our different views on this. I can see both sides. But I tend to err on the side of @youngboldone . I think if you are in the escort business you sign up to be open to all. The first thing that comes to my mind is if the escort is white. He asks for a pic and you send it. (and you are black.) He answers you back and says he is not into black guys, and you are not welcome to avail of his services. (?) This is flat out discrimination. And it can apply to Asians, Mexicans, etc. Then it goes a step further to overweight guys, unattractive guys, etc. Discrimination is a slippery slope. If you sign up to be an escort, all should be welcome. Escorts are not machines, and if the attraction is not there, you just do the best you can. I think the client will appreciate just being with you, and your effort. I think he will be MORE offended and unhappy if you start asking for photos and he feels you are vetting him, and he is being screened for your "stamp" of approval. We all need to be realistic.....most guys that hire escorts are not supermodels. Reality check. So escorts need to be realistic also and not ask for photos to approve of the appearance of the client. Bottom line is that discrimination in ANY form sucks.
  9. Wow, THIS guy pulls in $140/hr?? Seems overpriced.
  10. @Capitano ,what does Rentmasseur say when you contact them and point this out? It is very blatant.....RM can't be blind to this if you contact them and let them know.
  11. Wow, @newportbeachdude77 , you chose the perfect word to describe Eli as "mercurial." I don't care how "hot" a masseur is....if they are "mercurial" that is a major buzz kill. I go for a massage to relax, not to play guessing games on what mood Eli will be in, and how I will be treated. ( especially at $170/hr.)
  12. I have had 4 massages over the past 3 weeks on business trips, and the complaint I heard from all 4 masseurs is their massage business is plummeting because of changes at Masseurfinder and MassageM4M. I tend to hire more muscular masseurs, and since they can't be shirtless now, and have to cover up, their massage volume has dropped. They can't display their assets, and we all have to admit we like a good massage, but the hot body pics got our attention in the past. All 4 said it has cut their business by at least 50%. They also think there is less traffic at these sites now because of the changes, and clients are turned off and not going to the sites. What has the feedback been from your masseurs re: the SESTA/FOSTA effect, and the changes on photos, etc. on their massage business? I feel bad for these guys.
  13. Hell, after looking at the other guys on that Chinese website, I am moving to China!
  14. Masseurfinder is indicting themselves with these "odd" changes. Yes, some of their changes are smart in the current climate of SESTA/FOSTA. But this change......and the change of removing masseur's contact informationbetween 12 Midnite and 6am is an admission of guilt. A "legit" massage website (think Massage Envy) would NEVER consider a disclaimer before going to their website....or removing their phone numbers during 12 Midnite to 6am, since they are legit. Masseurfinder's strategy is going to backfire, since changes like these draw attention to the authorities that something illegal is going on with these masseurs. They are going WAY overboard, and making a bad situation worse with insane ideas such as this.
  15. Totally agree. The only things that don't make sense is when they make a silly no contacts visible rule 12am-6am......but keep the red flag things going, such as masseurs charging $160/hr for a Therapeutic Massage (?)......masseurs posting 10-12 photos in their ads (legit sites would only have 1 face shot, not 10 full body pic shots so you can check them out).....and having all the masseurs use "stage names"....not their real names on their credit cards which they pay their MF fees with. These are the red flags that would never hold up in court.
  16. Especially in photo #2.....a dead ringer for Drew Barrymore
  17. @Daniel84 , you are correct. All masseurs are now at the mercy of Masseurfinder, MassageM4M, etc. There was a time in the past when they treated you guys with respect, valued your business, communicated with you about any changes, etc. Now they just don't care, and will drop your ad and account, and ban you from their site if you irritate them in anyway, questioning any changes they make...even if some of those changes make NO SENSE at all. Yes, some of their changes are valid to cover their ass....while others make NO SENSE . Sorry for you and the others, but at the end of the day you have to just live with their mistreatment, since they are the only places to advertise
  18. This is SO WRONG on SO MANY FRONTS for the following reasons: 1) A masseur who advertises on Masseurfinder should be able to choose the hours they work. NOT Masseurfinder choosing those hours. If a masseur's niche clientele are business travelers from other countries who arrive on red eye flights from overseas between 12 midnite-6am, not displaying the masseur's contact info makes them lose business. They are discriminating against that masseur and client, and making an assumption something illegal will occur, (money for sex.) This is insulting to the client and masseur, and essentially telling both that they do not trust them to keep it legal. If that is the case, it is just as likely something illegal will happen during the day, so what does this say about MF and their trust in their advertisers? 2) MANY people work late hours and get off work late (restaurant workers, bartenders, etc.) A masseur who chooses to work late and displays the "Available Now"icon will now have no contact info for these clients to contact them. I think masseurs who choose to work between 12 Midnite-6am to serve clients who work late hours should be applauded, not penalized! 3) There are 24 hours in a day. By eliminating 6 of those hours by deleting contact info between 12 Midnite-6am......that means that advertisers who were getting 100% coverage of their ads are now getting only 75% coverage, and are still paying the same price for their ads. Huh? That's not fair! Masseurs should contact MF and alert them to this fact, and their advertising fees should be cut 25% to reflect this new rule. 4) And of course the final and most WRONG thing about this is that it is just plain STUPID. They are getting so fucking nit picky, that this is bizarre! Doesn't the staff at MF have anything better to do with their time than waste their energy on insane ideas such as this? I understand the Rentboy scandal and SESTA/FOSTA, but even the feds and law enforcement would find this new rule as a HUGE overeaction!
  19. I think I see a pattern here. It is very similar to online banking when they work on a site during off peak hours. (in the early morning hours when traffic is light) I think MF is doing some type of website work.....and they are doing it in the a.m. hours, since this is when the contact info seems to go offline....not during peak hours during the day. So their template is being worked on in the early a.m......hence the glitch. That's my guess.
  20. Are you sure? I just checked and nothing.. I cleared my cache....refreshed....and still nothing.
  21. @IntuitiveTactile , did they approve you adding your phone number? I know they screen any text changes, so hope they approved you. They are so picky they might not allow your phone number in your ad. Did they approve it?
  22. Reading thru the posts I noticed something was not clarified. Are we talking masseurs that are offering therapeutic massage with no mutual touch, and no HE? I know many that are on the gay massage sites who slide by on their hot looks and only offer that and charge in the $120-$150 range, which I think is insane! Even seen some as high as $180.....for JUST a massage. I don't even go there with masseurs from Masseurfinder, M4M,etc. For that I just go for a strictly therapeutic massage at my local Massage Envy for $60. Now if I am horny, and want an EROTIC massage, I will go to MF, M4M, etc. and there are many that will offer nude, mutual touch, HE.....in that case my top price is $160. So just Therapeutic? Massage Envy for $60. For Erotic? $160.
  23. Yes......I am finding it really strange. In the past 7 days I have had more PM requests for info on certain masseurs than I have had in the past 7 months. Something weird is going on.
  24. A dead ringer for a young Antonio Banderas in photo #1 , #4,#5, #6!
  25. @DALE CRUZE , I can understand your frustration. If they charge so much to place an ad (up to $277/month) they should treat you masseurs with respect. I got a Customer Service phone number for you from my masseur who advertises on that site......try calling Masseurfinder Customer Service/Phone Support at 1-888-355-9927. Let us know if you get to talk to them, give them your feedback...and let us know how it goes.
