I'm not sure why you think the previous response wasn't serious.  How is anyone supposed to know what spa your question is about unless they know more about you than is immediately apparent?  I even searched for "Korean Spa" in quotation marks to see if there was a sole spa with that name somewhere in the world and came up with only local (to me) Asian massage parlors.  Surely you must understand that not giving a location in your title or first post is going to result in most, if not all, of us not knowing what spa you are asking about.

When I saw him doing this while I was in shower (door was open) my first thought was that is odd, why is he touching my clothes. Then I realized that was a simple kind gesture that makes you remember and appreciate the little details and that he does not think of clients as just someone hiring him but as a valued customer.

I can confirm everything said here. Just saw him, he is only here until March 23 I think. It was worth the time and money. Park near city hall, less sketchy then make a beeline for his place.

What he is saying isnt too bad, it's how he is saying it. Doesn't have a friendly vibe to it

But I'll go by my instinct and wait until someone reports back 

The red flag for me is all his reviews are in one month. But the one negative review who also wrote a positive review seems to indicate the body matches.

I know one who was a masseur but didn't tell people who he was. He was talked about negatively on forum but couldn't say anything as there was no point in trying to defend himself. He was pretty discouraged to see how negative things got. I think many lurk quietly.

Glad he is in a better apartment. That elevator he had didn't feel safe to me.

You can't really blame UPS or the sender for this. They simply cannot wait for everyone to get to door; they have to deliver all their packages in a set time. Imagine waiting 2 minute for each customer. With 30 packages that is an extra hour. I have a video monitor at my door, they literally drop package at door, ring doorbell, leave immediately. With the increase in Amazon they just can't wait anymore.

Yes that was my experience too. I got maybe 80 out of 90 minutes. Not huge deal but keep in mind he doesn't want you to linger and don't expect to take a shower as there is only a 15 min gap between appointments. If you late or if client ahead is late you may get shorted.
