I believe pornmd is a search engine pulling results from a group of hosting sites. Pornhub is the biggest of those sites. I usually avoid those other sites because they have lots of redirects to malicious sites.

I wonder if this will mean more income for onlyfans and smaller sites with original content and/or more business for traditional porn studios. A big part of internet porn historically has been stolen content with much of that being distributed on pornhub and similar sites. It’s not the end of the world if people have less access to free porn.

I have mixed feelings about porn regulation and restrictions. The pornhub content should be moderated better to prevent abuses.
