  1. Nice call, Very good Movie.
  2. Not an Important movie. But a very sweet fun Gay movie. Camp
  3. I like My Dinner With Andre and all Louis Malle movies, especially Lacombe, Lucien and Murmur of the Heart. But that clip you posted from Waiting for Guffman (great movie) is hilarious.
  4. Same Director as The Ornithologist and O Fantasma, Two Drifters is very good:
  5. I mentioned this movie I love earlier in this thread, but didn't include a trailer. I love this movie!! O Fantasma
  6. Being At Home With Claude is not very good, but I liked it. I'm partial to male prostitute movies for some reason.
  7. Savage Nights is very good. The actress was only in one other movie that I know of.
  8. Both good, both political, both slightly gay. Vidal's Best Man (gay blackmail) and Advise and Consent (there's a gay bar scene (the first one ever?))
  9. Sorry if someone mentioned it before, but here's the trailer to Oliver Oliver is lightly gay and good.
  10. Two years ago I posted links to two very good gay movies in their entirety. Unfortunately, both links are dead, so here are the trailers. I recommend both movies: This Special Friendship https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0057842/ For A Lost Soldier Careful, the for a Lost Soldier video has MAJOR spoilers, but any link I posted to either video had pictures of kids on the freeze fram which would get me kicked off the Message Center.
  11. Billy Budd. Great book. Great movie, nice catch Old Blue. Any movie by André Téchiné is very good and almost always very gay. His most famous and best, Wild Reeds. A damn Good one about a young male French Prostitute: And his most recent one, also very good. Being 17 Sorry if some of these were already posted.
  12. A couple years ago I did a bad thing during a Massage appointment. A young client I'd seen a couple times before asked at the end of the session if he could pay me via Venmo. I'd never heard of Venmo, and I asked if we could walk down to the ATM together instead (it's less than 1/2 block from my apartment). He's young, Gen Z, and like many ppl his age cash is poison to him. We did walk to the ATM, but he made his frustration with me clear, and he stopped seeing me. Rather than just shitting on young-people-tools I should have just signed up then and done it (though that would have taken an equal amount of time.) I see him around town. We wave. Of course now, as a person in the world, I have and use Venmo. Oops. Lost a client by not being responsive to his preference. Oops.
  13. Very sorry to hear that Niko. I'm really impressed that you pushed through such a difficult session to continue escorting, a lot of guys would say "fuck this" and quit. In 21 years I've never had a violent encounter, you probably got the only one you'll ever have behind you!
  14. As an Escort and Masseur I'm right there with you Storm. It's like being fired having done nothing wrong.
  15. Oh no! We can't be friends :-( What musical artists do you love, may I ask?
  16. I'm super-resistant to it. When a guy calls me "Daddy" I nearly shut down, super boner-killer. It'd be to my benefit to become more comfortable with it, but for now No Thank You.
  17. I worked three separate AFRCs when I was very young. They are a unique group, young Americans living in another country, housed in a facsimile of a home country they rarely, if ever, see. It's a strange choice for a TV show.
  18. You can listen to him read it here: https://www.newyorker.com/podcast/the-authors-voice/douglas-stuart-reads-the-englishman?irclickid=wM-0I9RR1xyOT2DwUx0Mo36gUkiSsZw1T1hARQ0&irgwc=1&source=affiliate_impactpmx_12f6tote_desktop_adgoal%20GmbH&utm_source=impact-affiliate&utm_medium=123201&utm_campaign=impact&utm_content=Online%20Tracking%20Link&utm_brand=tny and you can read an interview with him about the story here: https://www.newyorker.com/books/this-week-in-fiction/douglas-stuart-09-14-20?irclickid=wM-0I9RR1xyOT2DwUx0Mo36gUkiSsZzZT1hARQ0&irgwc=1&source=affiliate_impactpmx_12f6tote_desktop_adgoal%20GmbH&utm_source=impact-affiliate&utm_medium=123201&utm_campaign=impact&utm_content=Online%20Tracking%20Link&utm_brand=tny
  19. All good books. Although not biographical, Hotel De Dream is probably my favorite. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000UZNQN8/ref=dp-kindle-redirect?_encoding=UTF8&btkr=1 His biography of Genet is quite good.
  20. It's not especially compelling, however, these are the kids who will be taking care of us someday, so we better study up.
  21. Kora was klunky. You Should rewatch all 3 seasons of Avatar. Shockingly good the second (and third time). You've got the power that matters But let me tell you, it's even better when you touch them
  22. I keep forgetting to watch Poldark. Everyone loves it. Thank you for reminding me. How was the 1975 Poldark series? Different? Similar?
  23. Don't be trendy and skip ahead to The Dragon Prince. Instead, watch its equally worthy predecessor first, Avatar: The Last Airbender. Fucking Brilliant. But before you do, ask yourself, are you an Earth Bender? Are you a Water Bender? Are you an Air Bender? Or do you bend Fire? https://www.netflix.com/title/70142405
  24. Peter is adorable; there are different standards for adorable people
  25. I order a prescription not available in the US (Motilium) through this international pharmacy. They appear to have Cialis and Viagra. I haven't ordered them. I tried Viagra twice and my headache was HUGE each time, so I'm reluctant to try it again or Cialis. But, I can vouch for this being a reliable international pharmacy: https://www.inhousepharmacy.vu/
