    I vaguely remember that there is a website that will tell you which company provides cellular service to a cell phone number. A burner number will be identified by the company providing service. So a google number will be clearly identified as a google voice number.

    Houston is a large liberal city. Austin has a more small town feel and is more liberal. San Antonio and Dallas may be a little more conservative than Austin but are still not GOP leaning. So the conservative south is really the rural areas

    It is probably more likely than not that an out of state prescription can be filled without too much hassle. New York even allows out of state Schedule II-IV prescriptions to be filled.
