    I do background checks too. Speeding or DUI are fine. Theft and identity fraud are iffy. Assault and drug trafficking are deal breakers

    I knew someone who was arrested in Austin for prostitution even before the new law in Texas. He just finished his probation last year.

    I vaguely remember that there is a website that will tell you which company provides cellular service to a cell phone number. A burner number will be identified by the company providing service. So a google number will be clearly identified as a google voice number.

    You probably are. One more arrest is nothing if someone has an extensive criminal records. Now the value of the lost property may determine how much priority the police will give to the case.
