But my understanding was that orientation was the same because it's your identity not necessarily your biology sex·u·al o·ri·en·ta·tion noun noun: sexual orientation; plural noun: sexual orientations a person's identity in relation to the gender or genders to which they are sexually attracted; the fact of being heterosexual, homosexual, etc.
