I think you can discuss the subject by simply NOT going all partisan. The man was anti-corporatist and that attitude straddled both political parties, as his viewpoints, there were more about the social implications of the increased power of Global Corporate influence, than it was about political power.

I think that Carlson has had an impressive career. I remember him from his time at CNN. I don't really watch Fox News, so I have very little knowledge of his time there outside of a few clips that I've seen online, and articles I've read. Without making a political statement, I will say that the distaste some people here, have for the man is emblematic of the on-going SOCIAL split down the middle in this country. You have some who are calling for drastic "progressive" change while others have a great distaste for the excessive reach of these changes. Carlson simply represents the population of people who cherish certain components of American culture and don't wish to see them washed away. I don't necessarily agree with status quo-ism but I certainly understand how people can, and do cling to the past. So I don't condemn him or anyone for that matter who leans conservative as a way of holding on to what works for them. "Don't fix what isn't broken" is their mantra and that was Tucker's too. Unfortunately he often speaks from a bubble of society that remains deliberately oblivious to struggles in other communities. For that I am critical of his somewhat patrician viewpoint on sociological changes. What I do respect about Tucker Carlson is that he has always kept pounding on the very anti-corporatocracy viewpoint, that I share myself. I expect with that, he will struggle to find a big money sponsor since the American Media is now completely infested with PRO Global Corporate propaganda.

Welcome Michael. We could use another "Angel" here.

Harry was an interesting character. I know his ex wife, Julie through a good friend of mine, so I've heard many fascinating stories. Such an incredible life they lived. You can't mourn too deeply over a life both; well lived and long lived. You can only feel sad for your own loss. Rest in Peace.

Which never bothers me. I see he's in Boca Raton now. I will be there on business this weekend. Might have to check him out.

Have you ever done a freebie for a hot client
pubic_assistance replied to Milo Janus's topic in Questions About Hiring
The first time I ever paid someone for a fuck was years ago and I was only about 30. I was out with some gay friends for a birthday celebration. We all ended up at a strip club. One of the performers caught my eye because he was so precisely "MY type." After his bit...I wanted to get another look at him so I headed to the lounge where I caught his eye. He darted over to me and asked if I wanted a "private show". I wasn't prepared for a "hire" and told him I don't have much cash with me. He asked how much I had...so pulled out my wallet which had about $42 in it. He declared that was enough for a "sample session". I followed him to a hotel nearby for "my sample". We ended up fucking and sucking for about two hours. Once we were done he told me he didn't want the money ..he just thought I was cute. But I emptied my wallet of my $42 anyway because I DID agree to it. No matter how much fun he had himself. It was his job after all. Ended up seeing him a few times after that (off the clock). -
I'm not that old (yet). I get plenty of exercise at the gym etc. By the time I get home I don't need more. But yes ...for older people stairs are good exercise. ( Until you fall down them ). Which is often the case with elderly people. Lost one grandmother to a flight of stairs and nearly said goodbye to a neighbor recently who was otherwise healthy and active. Bedridden for a year now after a tumble.

Of course that cannot be 100% known. But the assumption is good because my negotiating is never about pressuring someone to accept less for the same work they quoted. I will say the budget doesn't allow this so how can it be done differently. Or what do we need to cut out to bring it to budget. But I never suggest they are gauging me and should simply do the same job but for less money. That's tacky in all negotiating. My point being is that we find a solution that everyone agrees with . So no one walks away from the table feeling like I took advantage of the situation. Same way I won't negotiate with a masseur or escort. Who am I to tell them they're over estimating their due ??? If other men are willing to pay $1000 for a hot fuck...then go for it. Don't suck MY dick for $500 just because I want to pay $500.

Watching to see how long it takes @Mrprofessionalto refute this. ( And enthusiastically endorse Marcelo once again )

I wonder if that means they will be edible by people accustomed to actual food.

What's your story when you offered a non-provider to be a provider?
pubic_assistance replied to Newtdad's topic in The Lounge
I don't expect everyone to know that. So obviously I need to put it out there when I need to put things into context. Since I started using this site, I am aware that some people just assume everyone here is gay. Always forgetting that there's a 'B' in LGBT -
I miss the days of ACTUAL journalism. American News is now all corporate brainwashing. Just choose your flavor of propaganda.

My wife and I are both bisexual and open. It "fits in" as I was already struggling to find the right words... while I had the added pressure of my wife watching me from the window, while I make a fool of myself. She didn't care that I was trying to fuck him, she just found it all funny watching me try and figure out a dignified way of hinting around that I was interested without getting myself punched for hitting on a totally straight guy. In the end I should have probably sent HER out. I am hopelessly cursed to be attracted to straight guys. -
I am aware that people have different negotiating styles. Mine is always the gentleman's agreement, and no one ever feels slighted. I live in NYC where sharks surround victims in business deals, daily. I never want to be one of those people. They may have handshakes and smiles in the board room, but are always the ones spoken of in hatred behind their back.

I concurr. After five times you're officially shilling.

I agree. Most of my older clients are moving to homes without stairs as they reach their later years. I also moved my own parents from our family Victorian into a 1950's ranch house with no stairs. We all may want to keep our homes forever, but as @Unicornmentioned, if you want to stay in your home you NEED a home that you can get in and out of.
-
That's possible. MY experience was more about everyone being a narcissist who didn't really recognize the importance of making an effort to maintain relationships that didn't directly benefit themselves in the immediate moment.
-
Because I consider it tacky. If he WANTED to work for $ 500 an hour instead of $ 1000 an hour then that's what he should be advertising. It's not MY job to teach him economics, and it's my impression that if I offer less than asked, I am going to GET less than what I expected. I negotiate contracts all day long. I have never asked anyone to do the same job for less money. We only discuss ways of reducing the time consumption on the project. The worker's rate isn't changing.
-
Occasionally ..yes. I feel this way. I have inquired about a provider's rate, was quoted an outrageous price and I say thank you and move on. Occasionally the young man will ask if I am "looking for now"...so I reply that the price is out of my range. Again....50/50 some end the conversation there and others continue "how much didn't you WANT to pay ?" This is where I end the conversation with this response: "I would never ask someone to do their job for less than they feel they are worth " End of conversation. I find it truly tacky to negotiate a person's worth. We're not buying a car ..this is a human being.

Such a cutie. Reading the previous thread and he sounds to have been a little green. I wonder if he's perfected his business model since then ? -
Beautiful 💗Looks like a young Regé-Jean Page. Also a very talented actor besides being major eye-candy.

Thanks. I'm headed down to Palm Beach next weekend on business for a few days. Might have to check him out. Love a fit guy with great abs.

Great body. I wonder if these photos are from his previous years of escorting 🤔? As noted above he's age-shaving so is he also sharing younger photos ?
