I met with him three hours ago, and he was FANTASTIC!  His initial communication with me via text was professional, courteous, and timely.  I just submitted a formal RM review, and hopefully they'll have that live by tomorrow evening.
He gave me EXACTLY what I'm seeking from a meeting, and I plan to visit him again tomorrow, and I'm hopeful we can squeeze in a third visit before he leaves New Orleans.  I already know it will be a while before anyone like him visits the Big Easy and I get such a rare opportunity, and I want to seize the moment with a really great, kind, and caring young man!

Odd to me that most of the answers here “defend” not being the things one would associate with “selling” which is what the providers should be doing if they want customers

My posting was intended as a "blanket", not a personal, admonition. Personally, I am of the opinion that you should be commended in your warning; perhaps, a "caveat emptor" category should be considered for the forum. My experience with stating caveats being a reward of demerits in my mailbox.  With particular regard to "angst", I find a box of Cheez-Its and a bottle of good cognac to be helpful in alleviating the condition in any circumstance.  As for New Orleans, as by my prior advisement, the New Orleans market is "dismal" in its selection; in the years before the AIDS pandemic, the city abounded in choice selections, and, indeed, two or three agencies were in operation. I am given to understand that the former penthouse suites of the Pontchartrain Hotel on St. Charles Avdnue have been repurposed as a night club venue which attracts a large crowd young and beautiful things on the weekends.  Oh, for the days when that jewel of an inn was a "destination". . .

I was also happy that Chase divulged his rate in his ad, and I would gladly pay that and would anticipate being a client who would enjoy many more meetings, but it appears that was all just a mirage.
The only consolation is the fact that I can purchase about 40 pounds of boiled crawfish for the cost of a one-hour meeting with him, and they bring a ton of happiness to me too.  😀.

I checked several times today, and RM's messaging system shows him having logged on within a couple of hours from me having done so (notwithstanding that his ad itself shows it's been two days since he logged on which is not correct because even the ad itself earlier today showed he'd logged on today).  Hence, I'm chalking this up as a flake experience and wanted to memorialize that fact in the event anyone runs a search on this site.

@jusmeinbr– No inferring. I was referring to “these guys,” in general, not “this guys,” in particular. My comment built on the previous comments and was commenting on the over all situation of ads in broad terms. My comment wasn’t about “this guys” specifically. But to your point, he’s clearly not interested in an arrangement where he provides much; he’s in this for him, as evidenced from the sentence you highlighted.

Just wanted to say he's still the same great guy.  He's also the only one I'm meeting with at all from New Orleans, which is the market I've always delved into.  I continue to be VERY, VERY happy with his professionalism, courtesy, and the fact he provides very rewarding experiences.

There are many threads I see that are similar to prior threads. I realize that many forum members do not check in here often. For that reason, I am not bothered if a new thread repeats similar material previously covered.
