  1. Bumping again.
  2. I think the far more likely explanation (at least based on my conversations with providers who have let their profiles expire) is that the majority pay month-to-month (RM offers a discount for those willing to take the ad out for six months) and, if the prior month was a bust or near bust and they are hearing that hiring is slow from others, they just let it expire and decide later if they perceive hiring to be “picking up” to then reactivate the ad.
  3. Reading this thread makes me glad I’ve always been a single-hour client. I guess it helps that the three activities I enjoy (and the ONLY three) often cause an hour to seem like more than enough time. Anyway, January of 2025 was the only time that I felt a provider showed up (at my home) really in no condition for an encounter. What I did was to not say the first word about his condition, have a very half-hearted session, and then just talk with him briefly and, in a very subtle way, convey that I hoped the best for him all while knowing that I would never see him again. That was about our eighth session (but the first where I hosted). He had the convenience of being able to just stop by my residence on his way for a later appointment the same day at a location about 60 miles west of me. He indicated that client, though he was meeting him for the first time, intended to be a regular. I have been told that client also opted to never hire him again so, in that condition, the provider lost one actual regular (me) and one prospective regular.
  4. And it has been that way for years! So, ironically, I do the exact opposite of what @Colton suggests and take a six-hour train ride to Birmingham to meet with a provider in Birmingham (who is actually based in Huntsville) whom @PhileasFogg has already linked on this thread.
  5. Clarity definitely needed. In 22 years of hiring, I have ALWAYS paid moments after we first meet (I just want that aspect out of the way), but I have never remitted even a dime prior to meeting in person.
  6. The memory is made easier by the fact that NO is so devoid of providers similar to him. In reading that old thread, that came across loud and clear in several of my posts to the thread. As bad as it was four years ago, it’s even worse today (a fact to which I think you’ll quickly attest to 😃). That provides the rationale for why I made 15 trips to Houston/Austin to meet with, for me personally, the most fantastic provider I’ve ever met in 22 years of hiring. Of course, all good (great in this case) things come to an end, and it did early last month when that provider let me know (in person and in a very professional and courteous manner) that he was (and has) retired from this arena after being in it for a year and a half. I’m just glad I squeezed 15 meetings with him over the last year leading up to his retirement!
  7. For some reason, the link in the old post of 2022 appears to not pull up the old ad. Let’s see if this works: https://rent.men/ChaseGavin
  8. This new ad is a reincarnation of a New Orleans ad which appeared briefly (along with a separate ad of his friend — AlexanderInWonderland — which was deleted). That was back in December of 2022 and appeared to be little more than two young men just giving this a go while visiting in New Orleans for the time being. During his cameo appearance on RM in late 2022 (as Chase Gavin), he generated quite the conversation on this forum to include good natured speculation that he was himself contributing, quite defensively at times I might add, as a guest. It’s truly kind of amusing to take a stroll back in time (notice the identical photo lying on the bed, so that photo is at least four years old now) 😃: https://www.companyofmen.org/topic/139062-quick-flake-alert-on-chasegavin-of-new-orleans/ Hope this may help at least some and the photos today still look very hot to me but, for reasons (namely past experience) outlined at the above link, I won’t be initiating a correspondence 😃.
  9. He is now “in” Mobile. When you run his contact phone number on Mr. Number, it shows there is a report. If you click on that report, it says, “Scam. Be careful. Do not send deposit.”
  10. His ad disappeared for about three weeks then resurfaced again under another screen name (Trevor_D): https://rent.men/Trevor_D
  11. He will soon be 29. Also, here’s a recent post entailing his husband which shows some similarities (though on a much smaller scale) to the 11/9/25 post above: https://www.companyofmen.org/topic/166391-boston-th/#comment-2664080

Birds of a feather (see 11/9/25 entry — the husband referenced is Boston TH): https://www.companyofmen.org/topic/135309-twink_boyfl-any-experience/#comment-2014549
  13. Well, I’m only going by what he said, but I have known him for almost a decade, and I have assisted him with very small amounts in the past, so he has no reason to be coy about the purpose for needing funds. I will also add that his profile was back active within an hour of me sending him the funds for a basic membership for a month (I did not even spring for gold 😊). Also, just as an FYI, I sought to “sponsor” him for a month, but RM was in one of its testy moods about accepting Visa, so I just resorted to using Venmo to send him $35 (or whatever the cost of a one-month basic membership is). Ditto on Venmo for the cat food. He remains on RM today (and his profile briefly expired earlier this month), but I would never embarrass him by providing a link for his profile (nor would that serve any purpose whatsoever).
  14. I don’t know if his profile was expired at the time you sent the messages but, if it was, he has no ability to read your messages without first renewing his profile to active. Were that not the case, RM would go out of business fast. I had one provider beg me to provide funds for him to renew his membership for a month for the sole purpose of being able to read his messages. I obliged. Two weeks later, he begged me for $20 to buy “cat food” and even sent me a photo of the cat saying the cat thanked me after I obliged again. Some providers make a small fortune from even relatively brief periods serving as providers for this hobby. Others barely scrape by for even the smallest income from the profession. From a being discreet standpoint, there are WAY too many options for avoiding your identity being revealed to fail to text a provider when you have a number to which you can text.
  15. That’s the one I remember!
  16. I STRONGLY believe that he is not real and likely a scammer. I seem to vaguely remember these photos posted before (but could be wrong). The more troubling aspect, however, arises in a mere Google search of his screen name: https://www.google.com/search?sca_esv=954dfbe2094c309e&rlz=1CDGOYI_enUS683US684&hl=en-US&sxsrf=APpeQnuCvzTgGDqN3qnsk5otb_kg9AjT6w:1786971302857&q=tyreeeee&nfpr=1&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwiU0-vt2qeWAxU7nWoFHdzOJiMQvgUoAXoECAwQAg&biw=440&bih=766&dpr=3 That mere search reveals the fact that, despite being a RM Member under this screen name only since 7/20/26 (28 days), he has already solicited prospective clients in Milford, Michigan and Omaha, Nebraska and now Montgomery/Birmingham, Alabama. My guess is there were nearby travel cities for Omaha and Milford too. At any rate, he’s “traveling” to these far-flung, smaller cities faster than the Google crawlers can remove his prior “destinations.” Make your own call, but my own verdict is in!
  17. I didn’t see the point of updating this post every time Ian and I meet up, but I figure after every five or so is good. I met with him yesterday, and that was about the fifth time since my prior post above (we’ve met about 15 times total). I’ll be 63 years old in two months, and I can truly say Ian has proven to be the most perfect fit for me of anyone I’ve ever met, be it professional or personal before I started hiring in 2004. We will have soon known one another for a year, and he has made it one of the happiest years of my life!
  18. I was visiting Houston in September 2024 for an ophthalmologist appointment, so I reached out to him to pursue meeting. He quoted me $300 for an hour, which I agreed to. I gave him the address to the hotel a full eight (8) days prior to our meeting. Nevertheless, one hour before our scheduled meeting, he texted me and stated that, because of the distance he would have to travel (citing that “you’re not in Houston, you’re in Cypress”- an unincorporated part of Houston), he would have to charge an additional $100 (so the rate became $400 for an hour) AND he would require a $100 deposit before he would head my way. I told him we needed to just call it off. He immediately said he would “waive” the additional $100 charge but nevertheless would require the deposit. I told him I do not remit deposits. He responded tersely, “next time stay closer to Houston.” I responded, “Where it concerns you and me, there won’t be a “next time.” There hasn’t been nor will there ever be.
  19. I make an eight-hour (each way) bus ride very frequently to see https://rent.men/Ian_Twink. I just spend two nights at a hotel when I do. I see him on the day in between the days I travel (typically seeing him on a Friday). Also, whenever he is in Houston (like last weekend), I just book a round trip ticket for the same day. Houston is a five-hour bus ride each way, so round trip plus spending an hour with him does make for a long day, but, as far as I am concerned, he is well worth EVERY second of time I spend making my way to him and back because I KNOW I’ll never find anyone else who makes me as happy as he does (and he is THE best I’ve ever found in 22 years)!!
  20. Anybody have anything to report on Trevor Discreet?: https://rent.men/Trevor_Discreet He did change his screen name about five days ago (was Trevor_Pleasure). Thanks.
  21. Just made the trip back to Birmingham for another GREAT time! ChillGND is fantastic at satisfying precisely what I seek from a provider!! He’s also great just to talk with briefly after all the magical fun Is over!!
  22. So he wanted you to adjust your schedule to accommodate him likely not staying in NO that much longer, yet, until today, his profile still showed him in NO. Now the fine folks in Dallas can have the pleasure of corresponding with him 😄: https://rent.men/handsomeboyyy
  23. That’s odd because I did that early on with no issue, and it remains not an issue. Here are the numbers and facts: Most Recent Reviewer (Looper, Las Vegas)): 101 reviews. RM member for 10 years. Second Reviewer (HSVFunGuy, Auburn, AL): 3 reviews. RM member for 8 years. Third Reviewer (Rskavalier, Atlanta): 16 reviews. RM member for 7 years. For that reason, I do think he is legit but off the charts in terms of arrogance! When $1,000 to $1,500 is “not worth my time” when you are (allegedly) already in the same city, that tells me everything I need to know and more!! Though I decline to hire in NO anymore unless it is visitors, I can’t begin to tell you how many visiting providers have said the city is full of “cheapskate clients,” and they’ve told me that they get texts like, “Can I give you a blowjob for $20?” If this guy managed to unearth that kind of money in NO, more power to him, but I know far more revealing profiles of guys who have visited the city and left ahead of schedule to cut their losses!
  24. Actually, what I think transpired is that, sometime between 1/16/26 and now, he changed his screen name. That begs the question of “why?” Only he knows the answer to that question, but we all know that, generally speaking, screen name changes can be a red flag, and we have no way of knowing if that was the first such occurrence. THAT may explain why there is so little of note posted about him on this forum (which I noted at the outset). Had @TJMS not spotted this instance, none of us would have even known about it!
  25. I’m a premium member, and there is no face pic to show. He makes that pretty clear in his ad that you’re basically going to have to go on faith. I infer that from the fact that he says he will do “30-minute faceless video calls,” and his statement of “professional model = no face pic.” I did not reply to his ad because I knew he would view me as small potatoes, but never in a million years would I have thought he would view @PhileasFogg in such a light! In 22 years of hiring, I’ve never seen a reply back to a serious inquiry with that level of arrogance. Ironically, instead of contacting him, I contacted https://rent.men/Jerryxx (he visited my city yesterday) and he is 180 degrees opposite of arrogant and is so polite and appreciative of even small gestures. He and I have now enjoyed two sessions: one last night at his hotel room and another this morning at my apartment as he was making his way to New Orleans. He is nothing short of fantastic in terms of what I’m looking for!!
