When I went to Times Square Spa a few years ago, the massage was $60 for an hour. The masseur worked hard. I gave him a $60 tip. Was that an appropriate amount? I ask because I may be returning...

I have lots of airline miles, but they aren't worth nearly what they used to be worth. I have tried multiple itineraries and just can't find decent mileage on a Business Class trip. Both of us went round trip to Asia in business a few years ago. To go now, the mileage is doubled! And with COVID, you may not find the place the same. Anyone found any good deals?

A negative post from a first time poster needs to be taken with a grain of salt.

My trip to New York is coming soon. I have been studying the listings and sadly find that I have either seen the show or am not interested. I do have tickets to see Moulin Rouge for the second time, and to The Lehman Brothers Trilogy for the first time. The hubby wants to see (again) The Play That Goes Wrong, and I am thinking we will see Chicken and Biscuits at the end of the trip. But the other shows? What do you think?

Epidurals are wonderful. Often immediate and lasting pain relief. I would definitely give it a try, sooner rather than later. I have never had a bad experience.

Alpha, by David Phillips, will destroy your image of Navy SEALS, and probably the Navy itself. Eddie Gallagher, a SEALS Chief in Mosul, killed a captive prisoner for no apparent reason, the book says. His fellow SEALS turned him in and alleged that he also shot civilians when on patrol. Long story short, Trump came to his defense! But the Navy had already fucked the case up badly. Reading about that was so disheartening. You'd think there would be one aspect of the military you could look up to with pride. It ain't the SEALS and it ain't the Navy. The book is very well-written and almost becomes a page turner. I read it straight through.

There are so many spas. Which one is the best facility?
