  1. I think those brightly-colored athletic shoes that have become so popular look terrific. Haven't bought yet, but I've been pondering a pair of red ones.
  2. I have never made puff pastry, but I have made croissants - same idea, but with a yeast dough.
  3. It just isn't even an issue for me, but of course, it's hard to find a city as gay-friendly as SF. Health care providers here are so friendly and caring it wouldn't feel right to withhold from them.
  4. Of course, and docs in this specialty are well aware that not everyone is a candidate for TRT.
  5. Mainstream physicians don't know anything about testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). Even endocrinologists don't know anything about TRT. You need to see somebody who specializes in hormone optimization. The medical mainstream tends to dismiss docs who practice in this speciality, but their patients are pretty happy.
  6. Mostly I agree, but now again it's fun to roll and cut pasta by hand or stretch the the dough for strudel by hand.
  7. Thank you for the information. - I'm glad you're doing well. A characteristic of polymyalgia is that the response to even a small dose of corticosteroids is dramatic - my daily dose is tiny - 5mg x 3. I have read that methotrexate is used as a fallback if the corticosteroids don't work well. Tocilizumab is in stage II trials.
  8. Im wondering if any forum members are living with autoimmune disorders, such as RA. I was just dx'd with polymyalgia - which is sort of RA light - stiff, sore joints, low-grade fever, no appetite, vascular inflammation. Supposedly it will go away eventually - maybe in a year, maybe in 3 years. Treatment is a small daily dose of corticosteroids. I'm in the process of figuring life out going forward.
  9. It also helps to understand what REALLY motivates you. I am much more motivated by having a tight waist than I am by having a healthy BP. Fortunately, the path to a tight waist is the same as the path to a healthy BP.
  10. A long time ago, I worked as a captain for a high-end caterer. A generous gratuity for the service staff was always built into the charge to the client for the function. It was required - not discretionary. If the client wanted to tip more, they could, but they couldn't tip less than the required service charge. It just wouldn't have happened that a bartender would, on his own initiative, put out a tip jar, or even ask about it for that matter. Shirtless bartenders???? - That's so 70's.
  11. Never encountered a slow-cooker recipe I liked. Nothing but overcooked chicken or brisket with the flavor completely cooked out. OTOH, a slow cooker is the perfect appliance for making sublime brown sauce and consomme.
  12. I don't avoid gay healthcare providers, but I don't seek them out either. For me, the overriding criterion is "do I like and trust them?" Im most comfortable with very sharp young people -either sex- the kind of people who are so smart that they leave me a little awe-struck.
  13. Big problem for him and his firm but not for you. If you want to continue seeing him, get another lawyer, pronto.
  14. I'm also curious what speakers of non-English languages think of their language being spoken with an American accent. E.g., when I hear German being spoken with an American accent, I think it sounds dreadful, but the Germans don't seem to think so.
  15. I always tip - just not that much - usually $20.00
  16. Watching a British crime series "Marcella." Very good.
  17. I have heard from a few different providers that the bulk of the business is same-day and spur-of -the moment. Spur-of -the moment doesn't work for me - I'm heavily scheduled, so I'm a book in advance kind of guy and can't imagine booking a provider on the spur of the moment.
  18. just really love to swallow a guy's spit - just like in the films - I open wide and let him drop a wad in my mouth. And passing the wad back and forth is hot also.
  19. Dont forget Immodium if there's going to be a long interval between hosing out and action.
  20. When I'm searching for providers into FF, I do a word search to find guys who specifically mention it in their profiles. The ones who just list it as a preference often have little to no experience. In fisting, experience matters.
  21. I hope it all works out. You may find it's not that much of an issue.
  22. I just look at a guy - and something about him either says "hung or "not hung." I definitely go for big dicks, but it isn't a problem if a guy isn't hung big. I'm mostly about the body and the ass. Dick and face are secondary.
  23. Whether it's true or not, I love guys with big noses
  24. You proposed a single "test" to evaluate different situations. That's conflating.
