I need to take my own advice. Since bread has started costing 8.00-9.00/loaf, I have been baking bread. I have learned to make a killer loaf of white sandwich bread. We can't leave it alone.

If you eat out a lot, fish and salad are your friends. Skip bread and dessert.

Age shaving and other minor (or major) deceits are just a feature of the sexual marketplace,, whether you are talking about sex workers or civilians. Mostly not. There have been a couple situations. My spine surgeon is a tall, handsome triathlete and he has a big personality that just envelopes you. The uro who did the procedure had a technique that was nearly pain-free. I didn't get hard, but having that scope snaking around inside of me was very erotic. It was over way too soon.

I don't know if there is a way of quantifying the general level of stupidity but, if it could be quantified, I'm positive it would be inversely correlated to decreasing life expectancy.

I always book for two hours - I've tried longer and shorter and found that 2 hours is just right - even for a first meeting.
