  1. That's a good question. It was several years ago when I met him.
  2. When it comes, it comes, of course. But my plan extends well beyond 75 yo. That's the upside of having an autoimmune condition - surprisingly, my life expectancy is longer than average.
  3. Great - I'll take it!
  4. Yes - great experience. Highly recommend.
  5. You're doing everything right. Get that DXA scan so you know where you are WRT your T score. If it is less than 0, start a supplement program, consider HRT, talk to the doc about meds.
  6. I'm just having a bad year relative to my health- I'm nowhere close to being ready to cash it in. I just started a new business this year.
  7. Henry Cavill likes to get fisted?? That is totally hot. I would definitely fist him.
  8. Bone health. Get an occasional DXA scan. Keep your T score > 0. How do you do that? Weight-bearing exercise, supplemental calcium, vit D, vit K2, hormone replacement, and, possiby, meds.
  9. Of course, I don't know him, but I imagine Henry Cavill has plenty of money. It is impossible to predict, tho, what somebody will do out of a sense of adventure, so if you caught him on the right day, who knows?
  10. I would have closed the loop in a single interaction. Say “sorry, that’s not in my budget,” thank him for his time and move on.
  11. Be forewarned though. Your doc may say, "Oh, that's normal for your age, you don't need TRT" (emphasis added). But of course, the whole point of TRT is to have more energy, better libido, sharper mind, etc., not to feel like an 80 year old. So you may have to push back a little.
  12. My mother spent her final years in a Veterans home, but she thought she was on an extended vacation at a nice resort
  13. That's a lot of years to devote to child-rearing. We're so fortunate to have bypassed that.
  14. I come from a hardy line - my great-grandfather was fathering children in his 60's.
  15. There's a remedy for that - getting there yourself.
  16. I want to believe that, but a solid year of health challenges is undermining my faith in that view.
  17. You should have seen older women in the 1950s - they wore dark dresses, dark, heavy stockings that concealed their legs, sensible black shoes with clunky heels, no makeup, and they put their white hair up in hairnets - they made Barbara Bush look like a runway model.
  18. True enough.
  19. I cannot believe you said that.
  20. A friend of mine asked me if I thought bodybuilders using spray tan on stage wasn't blackface. I thought it so preposterous, I had a hard time not laughing in his face. I said "they aren't pretending to be black, just that they have a great tan."
  21. I remember a movie starring Godfrey Cambridge - Watermelon Man - where he played a racist white guy who woke up one morning to find that his skin had turned black overnight.
  22. We've been binge-watching "The Great . . .," a paradoy of Catherine II and her reign. A few of the characters are played by black actors. It was disconcerting at first to see black actors playing 18th century Russian courtiers, but it didn't take much to get used to it.
  23. On RM you can specify just the kind of man you're looking for - muscled-not muscled. dick size, height, weight, hairy/not hairy, top/bottom, ethnicity, etc. You can generate a pool of possibles, narrow the pool by reading the profiles, and when you have a short list, post it here for specific recommendations. It can take as long you want it to take- 5 minute or 5 hours.
  24. That crazy liquid protein diet popular way back when, based on hydrolyzed collagen, would give you ~150gr protein for about 600 calories.
