  1. Youre not a baby. Of course he doesnt need to make you want to be there. Helping you see that you're capable of more than you thought is motivation--the advanced course. I've had 2 spine surgeries. Yet I still want to do exercises like back squats and dead lifts. They scare me a little though. When I do them with my coach he can actually see from my movements that I'm scared. He always coaxes me to use another plate, do a couple more reps, and he's right there with me monitoring my form through every rep. I do it and I'm fine. That, to me, is very skilled motivation. And I'm happy to be motivated in such a skilled positive way.
  2. You didn't motivation per se, but you mentioned a trainer pushing you beyond what you thought you could do. Sounds an awful lot like motivation.
  3. But you said above that one of the most important things a trainer provides is motivation. If motivation is the only thing you're after a workout buddy is a great alternative. Now, if you need expertise, you're right, the coach or trainer is the way to go.
  4. Workout buddies can provide much the same effect and they don't cost anything.
  5. Another important thing that average gym goers don't know much about is the mind-muscle connection. If you throw weights around like the average gym goer, you will make progress, but if you want to accelerate your progress and be able to sculpt your muscles you will need to learn to train like bodybuilders and very experienced lifters. You have to learn how it feels when you're executing a movement perfectly, without recruiting any unnecessary muscles. I suppose one could learn this by themselves, but it goes a lot faster with a coach or trainer to teach you.

I haven't done it much, but I think it's incredibly erotic. It does hurt, some, but it's an exquisite pain that just makes you harder.
  7. Blacks with green eyes seem to be common.
  8. Disagree. The ins and outs of death benefits are complicated. As the widow, it wasn't unreasonable for her to wonder if she could keep the checks.
  9. I find the topic overused and empty.
  10. It works the opposite way too. Just as you will always be a client to the escort, the escort will always be an escort to you, and therefore not a candidate for a serious relationship.
  11. Not at all. The widow is usually entitled to receive her husband's full benefit. She would of course have to have followed the correct bureaucratic procedure in making her claim, but she was correct in assuming that the money was hers.
  12. If you don't know, then you probably dont. If you had an appointment, you would know where, when ,who, what, how much and most of those other details. Most importantly, you would know you had an appointment.
  13. You might think about a bodybuilding coach. No face-to-face so it costs less. The coach will design your workouts and your meal plan. I actually also train with my coach once a week. My relationship with my bodybuilding coach is one of the most useful, effective professional relationships that I have ever had.
  14. It's no secret-diet and exercise. To get a compact build like that, you need to be very lean and workout at least 4x week. Include plenty of bodyweight exercises in your workout, plenty of cardio like jumping rope. You should use strict form when lifting, without huge amounts of resistance. Theres a great e-book, called The Hard Gainer Solution that teaches an approach to lifting that can help you develop the build you are looking for.
  15. Jawjateck never hires?!?! You'd better review his posting history. He used to be very active hobbyist. Any comments he makes are informed by deep experience with hiring.
  16. I had concierge for a few months, found it was more care and more amenities than I wanted/needed. Im on medicare now, so I don't even know if a concierge practice would take me now.
  17. I agree. One thing that is completely disconcerting about it is all these amazing looking, apparently straight men talking about one another, their good points, their weak points and you realize that they appreciate male beauty in a way not unlike gay men. I love the environment. The first time I went to a bodybuilding contest, I found it all pretty strange. The second time I went, I made a silent declaration, "This is my tribe."
  18. Chemistry is at work when somebody posts a review on Daddy's as well.
  19. It seems reasonable. If somebody can be resuscitated after several minutes without oxygen, it isn't a stretch to think that the CNS is still able to function. My very first job was as an orderly in a VA hospital. Even then, it was commonplace to resuscitate people whose hearts stopped. They didn't typically do very well. They usually died after a day or two in ICU.
  20. True that. Atlantans are some of the rudest drivers there are.
  21. I always do incalls because hosting is a problem for me. I would rather do outcalls, but it hasn't happened yet. I hire less and less. I might be just about done with it. My partner and I have great sex. Also, there just doesn't seem to be a shortage of people wanting to have sex without charging for it.
  22. He's back. He retired for a few years after he finished graduate school. So I get another bite at the apple. He's got more muscle. Beautiful.
  23. Gorgeous guy, luv the tats. I'd hire you in a heartbeat-massage, full service, whatever.
