Just felt like following up here.   The first day out of the hospital I was obviously still on a lot of pain meds cause I wasn't in too much pain but by day 2, I was in terrible pain and soreness for a week.  Its now day 10 after surgery and I'm still not 100%, still walk slowly, and have surgical strips all over my body from the laparoscopes, however, walking much better day by day.    I was not prepared for how much my body was going to be banged up after.   Anyway,  just felt the need to give a followup for anyone else who may wind up seeking advice for this type of thing.   I still can't hire mainly because of the surgical strips still all over my body - I do not want to subject an escort to that at all.   I have to wait till they fall off which seems like it will take forever.

Thanks for all the well wishes.   Surgery went well and just recovering.  Surprisingly I’m not experiencing major pain - just really sore like I did a million sit-ups.   So for now just recovering and browsing the site for who is going to be my first hire when I’m healed. Haha.

First ventral is the term for front, as opposed to dorsal for back.  I had two a few years age, the first was laparoscopic and the second a year or so later was open due to the scaring from the first he couldn't do the laparoscopic.  Had some pain.  He prescribed about a week of Tylenol with codeine. did not even need it.  Don't think I even finished the first bottle after the second but he gave me some more, still have it years later but I think the Tylenol expired so it really should get tossed one day.  Rapid recovery although lately get occasional pinching feeling at the mesh site.  I often get pulled by TSA for stuff in my pelvic area, thought just the pants bunching, never thought it could be the mesh.  Will look more closely next time.   But the pat down is kind of fun, only in that the guy is so overly polite and formal nd so awkward  about it and I really could not care,  just hurry up and let me go.

This is true. But he quickly deleted them from the thread so I didn’t get the greatest look at them.  Seems like his privacy matters to him and didn’t want his pictures out there for long.
I barely got a loom of his face but I would still willing to take the plunge here.

Do what the doctor says to do after the surgery. Try to limit pain medication intake. Soldier thru the pain and tenderness.  Ask about scar minimization options.
I had an inguinal hernia about ten years ago. Took six weeks to get back to 💯

I had two hernias corrected during the same surgical procedure in 2019.  They were in two separate areas on my abdomen: One in the navel area and one higher up.   The surgery went fine I guess but the recovery took longer than I would have expected.   I was very uncomfortable for about a week.  Finding a comfortable position to lay/sleep was difficult.  Getting in/out of bed o a chair was very painful.  It was out-patient surgery but, in hindsight, I think I should have remained in the hospital for 1-2 nights.  I was prescribed an opioid for the pain but chose not to take them for fear of getting addicted.  I did take paracetamol though.  Things got somewhat better after the first week but I really didn't start feeling decent until after three weeks.  I never anticipated the recovery to be as rough as it was.
I do fault the surgeon for not preparing me for the possibility of a drawn out/painful recovery and also for not offering the option of a 1-2 day hospital stay after the procedure (which I would have been willing to pay for if the insurance didn't cover it) to make things easier.
To put the OP's mind at ease, let me say that I suspect having two hernias corrected at the same time likely turned what is normally a very routine surgery into something more traumatic to the body.   Most people that I hear of having hernia surgery speak of it being very easy to deal with and having a pretty quick recovery period.  I'm sure the OP will do fine.

I think that's what my older brother had about 20 years ago. In his case he had lost 100 pounds(he had gained that when he bought a bar!) and it left a weakened abdomen. They inserted a large mesh which has held well.
    Good luck.

Well I breezed through mine a few years ago. Although, the doc prescribed Tramadol for pain and I had a poor reaction to that. The surgery was easy. Not sure what kind of mesh they used, but TSA always pulls me aside for a pat down as a “something” shows up in that area on the TSA scan 😂
Not to mention my emergency surgery at six weeks old for a strangulated hernia, I was told it went well bit obviously I don’t remember!

For what it’s worth I’ve been with him twice and he was always able to perform, get hard, and cum.    With that said it’s been about five years or so since I was with him.

I would go for the haircut as he says he's a hair stylist also. Haven't had one since April when we went into shutdown. Still not open in a province of 14 million people, all with crummy hair. Lol
