  1. That’s interesting Dave, and I appreciate your offer. Currently there is 1 flight a week between Sydney and Jakarta, nothing at all direct to Denpasar. Once I got a visa to enter Indonesia, I need to get a exit permit from Australia, and only 30% of the applicants are being approved. Some folks are not getting them even for compassionate grounds. I certainly would not get one for a holiday. Then coming back, there are only 4000 people allowed to enter Sydney Airport each week, then I have to do 14 days quarantine in a hotel at a user pays cost of $4000. No choice of hotel, and by all reports the food is disgusting. assuming that all of the above was possible, I know the resort where we own our condo is closed, the staff are on half pay, and being helped by donations from the many owners around the world. Yes there is talk of a Bubble between Australia and NZ - currently NZ can come to NSW but we cannot go to NZ. As my employer insists on us taking a minimum of 4 weeks leave every year, 2 of those weeks must be consecutive, while they were generous in moving my May leave to November, I had to take 4 weeks leave so we are currently road tripping on the NSW North Coast, as being residents in Greater Sydney we cannot enter Queensland. I have booked and paid for 4 holidays this year, and this is the first one we can go on. My Bali holiday from May which got rebooked to November is now being refunded in part. Garuda will refund me our business class airfares, $1899AUD less $150USD each, as that was the fare rule, regardless of the fact that the flight did not go, after being cancelled by Garuda, they did offer a credit which would have been valid until dec 31 2022, (generous), but in light of the fact i had already paid for a months travel insurance for May and had to pay another $170 to extend the cover for November, Covermore agreed to refund the $750 in full, so it was the best option. My travel agent tells me that Covermore take about 8 weeks to refund, and Garuda say they take 12 weeks to refund but the agent says they normally take 20 weeks, so i expect a refund about April 2021, for a fare that was booked and paid for in full in November 2019. I understand that the pandemic has hit the travel industry very hard, but as frequent flyers on Garuda since 2002 I would have expected better, Loyalty is a interesting concept, this loyal customer feels that its time to transfer my loyalty to Singapore Airlines even if it means a longer trip to Bali. Meanwhile the 4 weeks accomodation i had in Bali is on credit, so of the $6.7K i paid for that holiday, still have $2K in credit to use whenever we can. Yet the accomodation provider in Queensland when we cancelled had the money back on my credit card in 5 hours. I hope that the situation world wide sorts it self out sooner or later, your fellow Americans have been badly lead by its President about wearing of masks and social distancing. Here in Australia we have almost got rid of Covid by strict rules, social distancing, the wearing of masks, and lockdown in certain areas. We went out to dinner last night at a leagues club (poker machine venues with food and entertainment) with a relative, we had to make a reservation and once in the venue after signing in, and leaving our contact details for contact tracing if needed, we had our temperatures checks, we then had to sit at our allocated table, and we are not allowed to stand and mingle. If someone comes to your table to chat, the staff move them away. The venue has spaced out tables and chairs to maintain social distance, and when you go to order your food or a drink, there are stickers on the floor you have to stand on, that are spaced 1.5 meters apart to maintain distance. Every venue you go into, cafe, supermarket, shop has a QR code or a handwritten list of people who enter, you leave your name and phone number, the time of your visit, if someone tests positive who has been in that venue, all other people at that time get contacted and sent off to test, and then to self isolate for 14 days, and they get police visits to ensure they are complying. I can see that working in the USA for Trump supporters, it would violate their constitutional rights, which they consider far more important, that catching the virus or spreading it around to vulnerable people to die. Life will never return to what we knew pre Covid, but once we eradicate Covid - 19 we will be healthier and safer as we all maintain a greater awareness of personal hygiene
  2. we watch Jeopardy every day on our cable network. Love it. May Mr Trebeek Rest in Peace
  3. I guess this comes down to honesty and how good the communication skills are. If partner A says I want an open relationship, Partner B says I could not stand the idea of someone else inside your butt, or I don’t want someone else’s lips on your cock, does Partner A agree to compromise, or does Partnear A move on. I know that when I entered my relationship at age 32, I would have opted for a monogamous relationship , yet at age 60 I know that If i played with a different man, it would not impact on how I feel about my husband of 27 years. However i know that my partner still believes that monogamy is the only way to go. So it all depends on how mature and open to discussion each partner is. In some cases that may end the relationship. However people change and sometimes years later you are not compatible. there is no definitive answer or solution. There will always be gay men who are stuck in relationships they are not happy in, just like heterosexual marriages and relationships. For whatever reason..... Personal choice reigns
  4. The advantage is that you can design your relationship around what works for both of you. I know many gay couples who are strictly monogamous. I know many gay couples who are open. My views on open relationships is that your base has to be very secure to survive. For instance both of you would always default to each other, and that no jealousy exists. Some people manage this well, for others its an unhappy place. I have been with my husband for 27 years, we play to our strenghts. I manage all our finances, joint accounts and pay all the bills. I don’t make major decisions alone, we discuss them. I do all the shopping, I book our holidays etc, but again we have a discussion before i do that. My husband does 95% of the cooking, all the cleaning, laundry ironing etc, I do some yard work but he does most of it. He is my best friend and outside our home we are 100 %loyal to each other. Even if I did not agree with something my husband says or does I would always support him. I might tell him what I think when we get in the car or get home, but we have each other’s backs. One of the reason gay men will play away , is that sometimes couples have different interests sexually, a couple may have fantastic earth moving vanilla sex, but one partner likes leather for instance, the other does not. So the leather boy will go out to leather bars - or hook ups with leather boys and that’s cool. Again its up to you to discuss with your partner and make it work for you.
  5. Street workers do exist, there are certain parts of our big cities where there are street workers. They tend to be cheaper and nastier than what you will find in legal brothels and people operating on their own either outcalls or i calls, which is legal. I work in a police emergency center, police dispatching and 911 calls, and we even get calls from customers who have been to brothels and not happy with the service provided. Yes the police do attend and sort the issues out.
  6. A good looking man in a nice suit is very sexy - would be very happy to be seduced by a hot man in a suit - he could deal with me over his office desk
  7. It depends on why they want it. If it is to choose if they want to go ahead with the hiring, I have mixed feelings about it, if it means you get a decline before the meeting rather than at the door its worth it. If it is to check your integrity or for security reasons i am fine with it. As an older gent I always say pretty honestly i am 60 old so tall this heavy and this is what i Want to happen - is that going to work for you.

  14. I can remember being taught about Sexually Transmitted Diseases when in Form 4 at high School. Grade 8 in the US system. We were shown some pictures similar to the one about about STI in the bum. I remember on of my peers saying to me when we left the film room, so you queers can catch it too. How times have changed
  15. I now go to a health clinic where a podiatrist does my feet. Every 10 weeks. As a diabetic we need to keep a close eye on our feet. So my nails are trimmed, my feet’s are scrapped and cleared of hard skin, its $81 in Australia and my health insurance pays $30. It is safer than a nail place for hygience
  16. The thought of trump involved in any sort of sexual activity revolts me - but he has I know. I hope I am never close enough to him so he cannot grab me on my pussy or any other bodily part
  17. Yes still in sydney, I do remember that you live in Bali. This week I have just cancelled my second trip to Bali for this year. I am in daily contact with Balinese - so it is interesting what the truth really is. I am confident to travel to Bali during this situation, but as I cannot get an entry visa, nor an exit permit from Australia, there is not chance of that. I do see the videos of empty streets, and am helping Balinese families out with some rupiah. The sooner we get to travel again the better
  18. There are plenty of “massage” places in Asia where you choose a service, 1 hr 2 hr 2 hands 4 hands etc then choose a boy from a line up and off to the treatment room. During the treatment the boy will offer you extras and you negotiate the extras and the price. I have had these experiences in Bali, Vietnam, Hanoi and HCMC, Cambodia, and in Thailand.
  19. Spanking is that wonderful line between pleasure and pain ........
  20. We are all judged, by others every day. It might be our gender, our sexual preference, our race, our politics, our religious views, or it could be our looks, our fashion choices, our food choices etc. i judge others by how they treat me. I treat everyone I meet as worthy until they prove otherwise
