That $700K funds a nice retirement on top of our existing investments. It's a dilemma, based mainly on leaving the garden we created, the mature trees we grew from cuttings etc. If something happened to my partner I would be fine on my own, as I am a solitary person, always been happy in my own company.I have travelled a lot on my own, and don't get lonely.
