You don't have to be rich to have a credit card. This is not an eat the rich conversation.

That's why you must always travel with the appropriate furniture...

Baths are still around and some of the biggest have reopened (The Club chain), with others coming back online in the next 30-60 days (Steamworks). Not dead yet, but the pandemic certainly put a dent in their business.

I don't know much about then, but hookup sex now- especially with younger guys- is unexciting and a mostly bland affair. When you have an entire generation who's grown up with minimal in-person communication skills paired with having nearly on-demand access to internet porn, it doesn't make for a guy who performs all that well (sexually or socially). It now takes more work to find a sex partner who is truly an experience versus just getting off.

This thread sorta explains why I don't watch a lot of 'gay' films to begin with. It usually becomes more about how good looking the characters are (or nudity) versus the quality of writing and performance.

What Kind of Milk Did You Drink Growing Up vs What You Drink Now?
+ BenjaminNicholas replied to rvwnsd's topic in The Lounge
Grew up in downtown Chicago and we still had a milkman in the building we were in. Creamtop milk every now and then, but mainly 2%. I never drink milk now. Numerous studies confirm that it's not all that healthy for an already-grown adult. The milk lobby, who spends tens of millions year, would have you believe otherwise. https://www.discovermagazine.com/health/is-milk-bad-for-you-heres-what-the-science-says -
Photos? Psssh. I ask for FICO scores. Clients score bonus points if they can attach membership documents from SAR.

Property investment often embodies a favorite phrase of mine, 'No guts, no glory' It also reminds me of stories that clients have told me about near-successes that slipped away because of being too risk averse. One of them is declining stock as payment in a very young tech company owned by Michael Dell. Dell couldn't afford to pay out a lot of liquid cash at the time and it would have made my client millions and millions of dollars. Thankfully, he jokes about it now

"Brokeback Mountain'' XV anniversary!
+ BenjaminNicholas replied to marylander1940's topic in Movies
Let's simply agree to disagree. It's not really worth mincing over and frankly, I'd rather get back to listening to Christine Ebersole sing songs from that horrible Grey Gardens musical. ? -
I'm curious... What neighborhood? SA proper isn't the investment holy grail it was a decade ago. If it were me, I'd look at San Antonio's bedroom communities: Canyon Lake, New Braunfels, Boerne, Fredericksburg, Wimberly, Fair Oaks Ranch, Kerrville, etc.

These are common in Vermont (and the NE). There's an actual term for them: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Witch_window It's an interesting architectural holdout.

Released for streaming instead of in-theater, this is a fun dark comedy/heist/gangster flick. Highly implausible and the writing gets a little lazy towards the end, but it's an easy watch. Sidenote: I've liked Rosamund Pike since Gone Girl. While the film was entertaining, if you can read the book, it's really superb storytelling.

On the flipside, if only ONE person is telling you that, you can tell them to go fuck themselves

Even RentMen has had their own share of problems with not-legit reviews and general trustworthiness. Not to say 'don't trust anyone,' but I'd suggest guys do the best job possible of always reading between the lines. -
What's the very worst musical you ever saw?
+ BenjaminNicholas replied to Merboy's topic in Live Theater & Broadway
It's a GREAT show. Whip-smart and very entertaining if you have a cast that can handle it. -
"Brokeback Mountain'' XV anniversary!

No, I used the correct term for my basis of the film. Closeted men, secret love, wife struggles with knowing the truth, tragic ending. A tale as old as time. -

Frankly, I prefer NBS to The Sound of Music -
Singapore, no. Not unless he's a citizen who's coming back. Miami, Chicago and SF, it's possible with negative papers coming and going. Sydney, only if he's a citizen. Toronto, if you quarantine for 14 days AND have negative papers. It's not suspicious... It's just bullshit

Jail Sentence For Under-reporting Income

Escorts aren't their target. They don't care about us as long as we pay our due. Drugs, laundering, etc... Those are targets. As others have said here, this is bigger than escorting. This guy probably had his hand in multiple cookie jars.
