I have done overnights on first meeting before, most have worked out however I much prefer to have met before first. Better for everyone. There are screening mechanisms you will need to put in place. here is some advice - 1. Reach out to an older provider who is well reviewed and been working for a few years and ask for drinks or chat for mentorship. 2. Use Mr.Number.
