Been on Mounjaro since April for diabetes management. I started with 2.5 then 5.0 a month later then 7.5 a month after that. My A1C went from 11.1 to 6.4 in about 2 months and I've lost 25 pounds since I've started (between the med and improved diet). Stop or cut back on drinking, stop smoking, exercise, improve your diet (cut out fast food, ultra processed food, soft drinks - add more fiber).
