My suggestion would be to contact a provider you are interested in and tell him the day and time slot you would have available to meet. If for two hours, that would make it more interesting to him. Taking nothing away from Ben, but I think your concept of "average" is quite removed from what "average" male bodies actually constitute in modern day North America, where over 60 percent are either overweight or obese.
