  1. I must be easily amused. I found him very entertaining.
  2. Sorry. I heard he got married to a woman in Hollywood and as far as I know he is still with her. In any case I never heard that he had come out as gay ( maybe he was bi, who knows). I do have his picture, a publicity photo signed by him, from the studio. It’s in my bedroom, sitting on a table. I just keep it there for fun. It was just a one night stand.
  3. He now has dozens of stellar reviews on RM. RM clients look legit.
  4. I was picked up by a guy who looked very hunky, but when we got back to his place and got in bed I realized he was on drugs. And not in a good head space. The sex was dreadful, he couldn’t get hard and yet didn’t want me to go, saying over and over I want to possess you. When he eventually drifted off to sleep, I crept out of bed and grabbed my clothes and fled, dressing in the lobby at 6 in the morning. I stopped in a cafe and had a strong cup of coffee before going back to my friend’s place where I was staying. Never went back there.
  5. I’m old enough to remember the British hit tune No Mail Today (my love has gone away). Those were simpler times…l
  6. I think they are in Hamburg, Germany.
  7. I will be interested in the recs as much has changed since the pandemic. I stayed in the Roosevelt in midtown in 2019 a few months before the closedown and now I understand it has permanently shuttered. I liked it a lot. Perfect for taking escorts to and even overnights. Nice breakfasts in the morning. In rooms I only require a king-sized bed, not much else. I'm easy to please.
  8. Haven't been to a gay bar in some time but my standard drink is vodka tonic. If I think the glasses might not be clean, I have a light beer.
  9. When he was a big celebrity on the TV series, I think the public would have been surprised as he was very masculine in appearance. He had been on the high school football team, the same school I had attended. He was older and didn't recognize me at first although I recognized him immediately. When we got home to my place, he went to the bathroom and I removed several pieces of art I had on the living room walls since they had my signature and he had been in my older brother's class. In the morning over coffee he confessed he knew who I was because another of my paintings was hanging over the toilet. I think I might have blushed.
  10. There's a nice article in today's NYTimes about gay fathers. Some very hunky dad's pictured in a new book that has come out about gay fatherhood. Would have been unimaginable 10 years ago.
  11. Yes. Canada has produced some pretty good talent for Hollywood over the years.
  12. At that time Bush Sr. was not too shabby himself. Always kept fit looking.
  13. I remember responding to a similar thread not too long ago. But anyway this hookup I had was with a local actor in the 1970's who went on to become a household name in a hit series on US television in the 1980's. Met him in a cruising area not too far from the theatre where he was appearing after his evening engagement. Took him back to my apartment and we fucked half the night. He was a great top with incredible stamina. And a big piece of equipment. He was just two years older than me and very good looking. In the morning I drove him to his hotel before going to work. Great memory.
  14. I don't suppose the SS agents were buck naked.
  15. Just watching that film clip of the arrest, it seems there is enough conflicting evidence that the Mayor should not have pronounced it a deliberate act. Let the investigation determine the facts.
  16. I thought she was Chris's dog. How long have you had her?
  17. He offers golden showers with his massage. Interesting 😈
  18. If you were paying by the inch, it would probably be $69.99.
  19. What happened there? Looks like the undercarriage collapsed.
  20. What an interesting situation you are in. During my professional career, I interviewed, along with two other persons, people that would be working for me. The others were a person above me in the hierarchy and a PR person. We were always able to agree on the best candidate.I don't remember order of interviews being determinative. But we also did the interviews on the same day. Now in retirement, I have only had one opportunity to participate in a hiring process for an institution that I am chairman of the board. The other two judges were the ones who would supervise the successful candidate, one the director of the institution. Again, the order of interviews did not influence the outcome as we all three were agreed on the successful candidate of the four interviewed. And that person, after 5 years, has justified our judgment of her qualities.
  21. I've had my current dog for 10 years and literally picked him off the street. He was around 1 then and a beautiful mixed breed, the first I have had. A month after I adopted him a girl in the neighborhood recognized him as her uncle's dog, which he had supposedly given away. She told me my dog's original name and that his mother had been a pitbull. A breed noted for its aggressive behaviour if not properly trained. Anyhow this dog got along very well with my other dog, 4 years senior to him, a Belgian Malinois shepherd. His looks are classic mixed breed, 70 pounds, black, tan and some white around the chest and rear end. Tempermentally, he is wonderful and gets along with all people. With most dogs he is fine but I watch him carefully as he has tussled with a few.
  22. As usual, a one sided view of vaccination stats. NYT reports today Biden unlikely to reach goal of 70 percent of adults receiving at least one dose by July 4. Canada has already surpassed that by several percentage points. Ontario alone is vaccinating over 200,000 per day, the same amount of first shots being administered in all of the US. Those who have received 2 doses is around 18 percent, far lower than the US 55 percent but at the rate going, will exceed US rate probably by end of July or in August. The reason Canada had to rely on isolation several months ago was because of supply constraints. Those no longer exist. And California has three times the number of deaths than all of Canada so far with roughly the same population. When we look back a year from now, it's obvious which country will come out looking better in how it handled the crisis.
  23. No info but looks great.
  24. Love the menu on his website.
  25. I haven't looked her up but simply remember her appearing on television one night in Montreal (it was black and white TV I think) and telling her story. I was young and impressionable and I took it all in, the wonder of it that modern medicine could achieve a sex change. My parents were watching too but I don't remember what conversation we had afterwards. If any.
