  1. When you can't provide cogent and valid arguments, you resort to name calling, insults and slurs. That's not how to convince people about the accuracy of your statements. You seem to be intolerant of people challenging your often contentious or dubious claims. Your problem, not mine.
  2. We've had at least one case I know of where a 60 yo man suffered a VITT which caused a serious stroke. He did have conditions which made him susceptible to getting the disease so he took the AstraZeneca. He had diabetes and was obese His stroke was serious. The doctors diagnosed it was caused by the vaccine
  3. It is obvious that if 5 percent of fully vaccinated people can still acquire the virus, then they can transmit it as well. They could even be asymptomatic and not realize they are infectious. And anyone catching it from them may not be aware whom they caught it from. In. Canada 45 per cent of infected people can't say how they caught it. Probably same in US
  4. I would go for the haircut as he says he's a hair stylist also. Haven't had one since April when we went into shutdown. Still not open in a province of 14 million people, all with crummy hair. Lol
  5. We all have our different risk tolerances and in Covid this is especially true. I have tried to adjust my actions to the evolving situation of the pandemic and my own risk acceptance. I have seen about six escorts in the last year. Some a couple of times. Last summer before we had vaccines but when levels were low where I live, I saw four escorts over an eight month period for overnights or weekends. Then the winter wave came and still no vaccines so I went into hibernation. Saw my first provider three weeks ago when both he and I had had one shot. All went well. Now I have had my second shot three days ago so in a couple of weeks will feel more confident. But I will still enquire about vax status of any provider I meet.
  6. If I ever spill the beans it will be in a memoire that I write to sum up my life adventures. Need to find a good title. That and outlive those who I name as you can't libel the dead.
  7. Getting back to Alain Delon, he and other celebrities moved to Switzerland to escape high taxes and guard their privacy. When I lived in Geneva 40 years ago, we had David Niven, Richard Burton, Sophia Loren and others living within a stones throw and none of them was considered "Swiss". Neither is Delon. He may have residency but that it all. Switzerland is a lovely place to grow old in. That's where Charlie Chaplin chose to live and die as well after being hounded out of the US.
  8. I'm also curious.🙄
  9. I'm going to bed soon. I wonder what the morning will bring. Glad tidings, one hopes
  10. Quite yummy. And he likes gourmet food and NPR radio. Looks cuddly too, like a teddy bear. And no drugs.
  11. Will this take longer than the 2000 election results?
  12. Oh God, he might get a swollen head.
  13. It doesn’t really matter now as it’s closed as I understand. But I found the front desk staff to be very helpful and friendly, the housekeeping kept me in lots of fresh towels (needed as I had a three some one night) and yes the walk to the elevators was longish as I was at the end of one of the wings. Small room and dark but only spent mostly the dark hours there. I loved the public rooms, including the lobby/lounge, the bar which was lively every 5 o’clock ( mid-week) and the breakfast room which had great food. Also had on site convenience store for little extras. The guests were also a nice class of people, many foreigners with their families. Side note; South American children are very well behaved. And the location was great if you like mid-town. I would go back it it was still open.
  14. Thank you for being a great presence on this site over these many years. I noticed my newbie status as well. Something going on there.🤔
  15. I just noticed I joined this site as a member on June 22, 2002, 19 years ago today. So many years ago, so many men since then. What a great ride it’s been. Wonder where I’ll be in 19 years from now??? I think I’ll concentrate on the next 10.
  16. Why was that? The room I had had no view but with the amenities, which included a Lucas Entertainment pornstar to sleep with me for 2 of the three nights, I really didn’t need for anything else. 😆
  17. I have no idea but I would suppose in your early 40’s. That would allow enough time(35 to 40 years) to pass before you might need the policy to pay out. Actuaries are used as elsewhere in the insurance business to figure out the math.
  18. I would think if you waited until your 70's to buy long term care insurance, the rates would be astronomical.
  19. I checked out 60 Soho and not sure I would stay there. Read about 50 reviews and while many were happy, some of the negative ones involved noise till 3am from thumping music and a young crowd. Some critical of room standards which should not be the case when nightly rates are around $400 excluding taxes.
  20. Too bad about the chems.
  21. That was my experience too. Not worth it for me as it turned out.
  22. I believe he danced for Lars Lubovitch at that time.
  23. What kind of a hotel is that? I have fond memories of Thompson St. from the 70's/80's when I slept with a dancer who lived there. He gave me an autographed book of modern dance, which I still have. He went on to found his own dance company.
  24. Ever since February I have been increasingly envious of my American friends on this forum who had received both shots of Covid vaccines and were freer to move about as government restrictions eased. Here in Canada the rollout was slower but has been gaining momentum in the last two months. So yesterday I received my second shot of Pfizer and in two weeks I should be ready to go. But where? Today we expect to hear some more announcements by the Canadian government of further relaxation of rules but I'm not holding my breath. If they are true to form, it will be a very measured and cautious move, especially concerning the borders. P.S. Is anyone else here still waiting to be completely vaccinated or was I the last person shot?
  25. I used to like staying in gay hotels in NY, LA and SF in the day. Now I prefer regular large hotels. If in a place like PS, Key West or Provincetown, I have and would still stay in a gay establishment.
