The basis of your complaint is completely without merit. Your actions invited his reaction and I would not find fault with his behaviour in respect to your requests. I have met with this provider and found him to be very reasonable in his communication prior to setting up a meeting. You sound very petty and vindictive in trying to destroy his business.

Update: Since I was in town recently, figured I’d bite the bullet and try to meet up with Ocean if our schedules aligned. It In the UK we don't really have massage chains and so even legit, qualified massage therapists usually work out of their home where there's always a better chance something might happen.
