In my experience, Marco_XL is the type you are looking to avoid.   Rather mechanical, no true engagement.    I hear that Maicon is exactly what you are looking for but he is substantially higher than the fee you are hoping to pay.   I would recommend ClassicColt, 100% engaged all 4 times I've seen him (including just this past Saturday) and close to your budget.   not sure anyone I was looking at my NYC I just home from was $300 or less.

Yeah, this. Signal is literally unable to comply with subpoenas that request content of messages. They will fight the subpoena, and if they lose, all they can hand over is the date the account was created and when it was last active since that's all the info they have. Signal is really the gold standard here and I don't understand why it isn't more common for privacy concerns.
The app has additional features like disappearing (self-destruct) messages.
Sure, nothing is probably "perfect". But the barrier/threshold is so much higher with an app like Signal that it seems like a no brainer to me.

It's a very odd stance. I suspect many young people who go into sex work do it because it pays better than Starbucks. And there are certainly many people - usually poor, BIPOC folks, who are forced by circumstances into sex work - but we're not always in a position to discern who is who. You're not hurting them if you treat everyone with respect and pay them fairly. 
But I also think hitting up a day laborer because you think he'll be cheaper than someone on RM is creepy and predatory. It's shitty late-stage capitalism that has so many people desperate.
