Well...again not to imply you were referring to driving. But I just gave the example as an overall, general thing. For anyone on any highway anywhere. You don’t even need to use drugs, but that won’t stop some a**h*** cop from wasting an hour of your time interrogating/looking for something that doesn’t exist. I was almost late for an appointment which was over an hours drive away, over that bullshit. I’ve already found a LGBT friendly attorney who’s going to examine it and perhaps consider looking into something. So if I retire early, y’all will know why. For all we know, the OP could be doing bus or train. Though I haven’t rode in either in awhile, for all I know they could be doing random searches as well.

Well that’s his rationale. It’s not like he’s creating a sweeping law saying must raise your rates or be shut down. He’s just making a suggestion, and that suggestion may or may not work for him and others. Nobody is perfect. There’s no specific regulations or guidelines that anyone needs to follow. I’m just still not liking the whole sex workers verbally (or shall I say, literature-ly) attacking other sex workers, especially on a forum where other clients are viewing. @Kurtis Wolfe did it, you did it, several others have did it. By all means, if this is going to be a place where sex workers can’t share opinions or how they handle business without being belittled and judged by other sex workers, well maybe it’s best that no escorts participate. I know one thing for sure, I’m getting off of here. That’s probably part of the reason why @Juan Vancouver and several others you can see, dont really hang around much. And I don’t know why I’m so foolish to keep doing so. But you know, better late than never.

Not to insinuate that you aren’t. I’m drug free as well. Just saying in general. When @Guy Fawkes mentioned driving, I’m just speaking on what I’ve seen on the road numerous times, and recently dealt with myself. I was starting to wonder why lately I’ve seen so many people who are pulled over, standing outside of their cars talking to a highway patrol officer. Until it happened to me last week. Many states are doing random searches and interrogations on people who are traveling from out of state. So even if you’re drug free, it’s not something you want to be suspected of ..which can be the case if they find one is carrying a large amount of cash, or they don’t believe their reason for having it. It’s just become a part of road travel to be abreast of. If you’re not driving, it may not apply to you.

Though this doesn’t directly answer the question: While you’re traversing the highways and bi-ways, just be mindful. Summer seems to be the time highway patrol and local police do the most traffic stops. On highways, traffic stops can turn into full on vehicle searches equipped with K-9 dogs. I’ve been the target of police profiling on several occasions, and each time they turn up empty handed. Always a good idea to deposit large sums of money ASAP before getting on the long road, and to avoid open containers, marijuana (with more states legalizing it, I’m seeing more states also trying to incriminate people with license plates from legal states). Even though the majority of stops seem to be looking for drug trafficking, you don’t want to be caught out with anything else that could raise suspicions.

True. I was in Milwaukee and surrounding for a couple weeks. The rates there are higher than San Antonio, but I find $200 in Milwaukee is about the redline. At the same time, COL is cheaper than places like NYC and DC. However I don’t agree with the last statement. The reason why FOSTA won is because we continually degrade and bash each other and don’t stand together. If we’re going to defeat FOSTA, we need to stop attacking one another whenever another sex worker disagrees with the way another sex worker operates or addresses their clientele. If your last line was sent in a letter to Congress, how would that paint escorts? #1 a drug abuser #2 an emotional abuser. Both whom happen to be sex workers and need to be “helped” by passing laws against us.

Do M4M providers have a "bad date" list?

Even though I didn’t read his last essay/thesis statement, regardless of what it says: I want to say my apologies to @Kurtis Wolfe for calling you out of your name. Anyhow, I’m walking away from this topic. Everyone is free to feel how they feel, and I’m free to feel how I feel when it comes to handling such situations. I will say this 1 last thing though, I will maintain my twitter and/or domain...but I don’t intend to use it as my first line of defense when dealing with flakes. For example: yesterday I had a client who spent two hours to set up an appointment, then at the end said “I’ll pass”, just because I told him it’s no point in asking me if I’m a registered massage therapist when I’m actually an escort. Though I wanted to pull out the Twitter, I decided to remind him that he’d spent TWO HOURS setting this up, and that’s not a fair thing to do. Then he changed his mind and said, okay let’s do it. He ended up being a great client and the massage certainly wasn’t on his mind. So, I’d rather work with people than otherwise. -

Good grief. I sympathize for both the provider and the “client”. However, that’s why blacklist are important. I prefer to keep police and violence out of sexual encounters. At the end of the day, we’re all grown men just having se...fun. We don’t need 3rd parties being involved. I hate that. We need to be able to police ourselves. That’s why the stuff that @Kurtis Wolfe is saying is ludicrous. He’s making a fuss over twitter post. Dude, I’m protecting the industry by simply posting on a venue that I only advertise to a niche audience. Why not vent in a safe way, on twitter (which let’s face it, isn’t gospel) versus allowing others to have encounters with these people that could end up much worse?? The cops don’t give a mother fuck about us. Our landlords and creditors don’t give a fuck about us either. So when a client fails to pay us, after a verbal contract is made, guess who has to suffer? Me. And you. But with flakes of rent men being called out...we can have a better chance of evening the playing field, and even repairing relationships with clients who otherwise, wouldn’t have taken us seriously for SHIT. -

#1 I didnt reply for a reason. Like my avatar says, I don’t have time to waste trying to prove anything. I just walked away from the topic. But then I’m seeing all this nonsense... I actually had a client thank me the other day for placing him (and removing him after he realized the mistake) on the list. We’re planning to meet eventually. #2, didnt you just say 4 pages ago that you didn’t work for Twitter? So why are you playing tweet patrol by going around reporting people? I may not be special, but YOU are “special”. Don’t come for me... -

Well that’s a real bitch ass move to make if you decide to do that. And escort to escort, that makes you look like a hater. Even if I see an escort doing something like advertising as an escort on Grindr or Jack’d (which I have), I wouldn’t go tattle telling on them like a little girl. If anything changes to it, I’ll just go ahead and get my own domain name going...and my RULES will be different. -
2018: Will this be the year of raising or lowering rates for you?
Mocha replied to Mocha's topic in Questions About Hiring
Well I disagree though. I’ve not shared my marketing strategy. I simply based common rates in relation to the expected prices. There’s more to marketing than price. Since you want to compare: Do prices ever stay the same price all the time? No. The reasons may be different for whatever reasons, but there’s still people buying $800 tickets, when you can get it on the same flight for $59. Why are people in many cities paying $1,000+ for the same apartment that was $600, 5 years ago? I’m also not DISCOUNTING my prices. I just want to limit the amount of resistance for first time buyers in certain markets. I feel that the majority of the new clients contacting me, are the Backpage/Craigslist refugees (no offense). Remember, backpage used to be popular for finding Black guys. They’re learning and open to pay more, but like I said...I still plan to keep my two hour, evening and overnight rates the same. And to further prove my point here, I’ll let you (and everyone else) in on a little secret: About 3 years ago, I wanted to shake things up business wise. This is back when rentboy was still around. I put my price to 500 for a couple of weeks. I started immediately getting new clients. At the same time, I didn’t wish to remain at the price point permanently, but it did help boost my value during a time that was not popping like I wanted it to. Even if I take prices down now, I will know when the right time will come to put them back up again. -
I’ve been in snowstorms in Denver, Milwaukee and the East Coast. Fact of the matter is...nobody can really cope with snow when it’s 8-12 inches...which Washington DC can get, which is understandable considering the city itself. 8-12 inches of anything is always going to be a pain in the ass...no matter how much one likes or can handle “the white stuff” One thing for sure, I wouldn’t know how they get around in a snow storm in Pittsburgh. I spent my first time there couple weeks ago. Despite Denver being known as a mile high city, it’s very flat. Pittsburgh has extremely steep hills all over the city. I felt like I was in San Francisco.

Let me tell you something. you passive aggressive mother trucker... I know what a hypocrite is. It’s YOU. You sitting here talking about all my posts over the years, but yet your profile says you joined last year of 2017. Where were you all those “years” that you speak of? Like I said, either you’ve switched names yourself (which makes you a hypocrite for criticizing me), or you were hiding in the shadows...which makes you a coward if you waited all these years, only to call me out when I benefit your ass by contributing to your post. Yet, you show your appreciation (lack thereof) by dogging me out on some bullshit so you can denigrate me in front of dozens of viewers by saying things to make me feel inferior, intimidated and uneducated. Then you fucking sit here on your ass, and try to act holier than thou by saying what I’m doing on Twitter wrong. You are a HYPOCRITE, MOFO!!!! hy·poc·ri·sy həˈpäkrəsē/ noun the practice of claiming to have moral standards or beliefs to which one's own behavior does not conform; pretense. synonyms: dissimulation, false virtue, cant, posturing, affectation, speciousness, empty talk, insincerity, falseness, deceit, dishonesty, mendacity, pretense, duplicity; -

You had me until that last sentence. Know where I stand meaning? Sounds like you trying to be fictitious and disingenuous. Anyhow, can we as S workers and supporters of S workers stop comparing the business to other businesses? Sex being compared to pizza, burgers, cars, clothing, etc. I’m sick of it. Let’s just stop. Let’s face it: no matter if an escort is charging $50 or $5,000, were all on the same 1 website. Ford and Range Rover are vehicles that have been around for many decades. The average escort has been around for less than a decade. The same client who shops for a $500 escort will probably go for a $50 one, if they’re hot and nearby. A Range Rover buyer will likely not buy a Fiesta. Why? Because the commitment level is different. The experience doesn’t always match price either. And for the record, even if I’m at $200...who’s to say my client won’t be a Range Rover driving guy who shops at Neiman Marcus? A small bottle of cologne at Neiman can cost $200. If he decides to buy me instead of it, then I’ve done something good for the man. Or not. Maybe he thinks because he has a Range and shops at Neiman, he’s too good to pay for sex (which I believe is how the majority of gay men who have money operate mentally...which is why business doesn’t necessarily improve just because “thousands of gay men” are coming to town for a convention. Or he’s driving fancy cars but is broke. Like many guys in Florida and Los Angeles are. Driving exotic cars and shit, but ain’t got no damn money to spend. On the other hand, I’ve had clients who shop at Goodwill, give me 500-2,000. So...I don’t care what they drive or wear. -

What I’m trying to explain to you is, I’ve not once had an ISSUE based off the posts I’ve made. I’m not posting any personal information about anyone, they are simply screenshots. The same shit people do of their Grindr messages. You don’t seem to comprehend that at all, even after repeatedly informing YOU of THAT fact.. -

THANKYOU! Gawd Thankyou! I can only say so much now as I’m trying to make it to a session, but I’m glad someone has some sense around here. People are getting so knotted up, yet they ignore that there’s an entire section called the DELI that I dare say....Quasi REVIEWS/GOSSIPS about escorts who many times, probably haven’t a clue. Atleast I notify my bad boys they’re going on the list and give them opportunity to amend. I’m sure clients don’t go, “hey @Dominiking, I Posted a thread in the Deli about you, on a forum that is frequented by thousands of people. I just wanted to ask them about you, behind your back...instead of asking you directly. hope you don’t mind.” So all the huffing and puffing they’re doing on here about me posting on Twitter, is very hypocritical. I removed the link because I’m not going to be bullied, belittled and tattle telled into removing something or have something criticized by people who aren’t paying my bills nor expenses and not helping me get them paid either. -

The only one race baiting is...you. I’ve nothing against Kurtis and if I took his advice suggestion out of context, I take that back. If anything, I adopted thru the grape vine, the whole thing from Kurtis himself who if I’m correct, had a system of his own? Correct me if I’m wrong... -

MoFo, please. I haven’t crashed on anyone’s couch you fool. You are so ignorant sounding. When I do crash at someone’s house, I have my own guest room usually. And I’m always bringing wine and food and having a grand ole time. Stop talking to me. You’re a lowlife shit starter, and you keep talking shit to make me look bad. -

No, that’s what you’re saying. You’re saying I’m victim. Which is erroneous as fuck. I’m the victor because since implementing this, I’ve been reimbursed for my expenses in cases where I otherwise would have been left empty handed. -

That’s again, your opinion. And that’s also your opinion if you think it’s okah to destroy them if they did violent or rude things, which I’m not doing. You make rude, flaky and disorganized sound like harmless. Yet, if it was your time on the line, you traveling long distances, you missing appointments and other opportunities due to a flaky client, you wouldn’t be crying WOLF yourself. If a client cancels for good reason or change in schedule, fine. But to be stood up on an outcall, stood up after getting a hotel ready, etc. that’s unacceptable. Listen, you don’t have to like it. It’s Twitter. It’s not like I’m showing up to their place of employment or mailing letters to their spouses and shit. You painting it to be far more sinister and vindictive than it really is. I’ve not caused any clients to lose a job or spouse or ANYTHING except maybe time and a cancellation fee here and there. So STOP with the accusations and nonsense. -

Again. You or others don’t need to disagree with it. But it works for me. You’re a hypocrite anyway because, why would you even bring up a topic, and then not be prepared to get the answers? And who are you? Your profile is barely a year old, and you’re trying to come out the woodwork and call me out. My name has remained the same BEFORE you ever became a member. So either YOU have made name changes yourself, or you’re just somebody who wants to stir up some shit. -
Not unusual. But I think in the escort’s case, he’s probably not quite gotten that many clients usually like some time in between sessions. Even when I come across regulars who seem to hire me every 2 weeks for a period, I know that it’s unlikely they’ll hit me up the very next day unless they’re in town visiting or something. Even if it was fun and the escort offers a free session, I think it’s always good to leave some time between next encounter.

Again. The post is about bad date lists. If you don’t agree with such lists, that’s something you need to address with the OP. Just say you don’t agree with them, if you don’t. But don’t question my logic. I’ve also said that if someone makes amends with me, I’m happy to take it down. Anyhow, I refuse to sit here and be arguing with other escorts (especially non-ethnic escorts) about how I protect and alleviate my business from bad client situations. I know of other escorts who will do worse. So damn that. I’ve finally been able to mitigate these events, and yet I gotta sit here and listen to somebody trash talk me over protecting myself? Miss me with that. Please. -

Well, if you’re okay with people doing you any kind of way and leaving potentionally disagreeable clients to prey on other escorts...by all means. But it doesn’t help the industry nor ourselves. I on the other hand, prefer dealing with it in a manner that works for me. Some may not agree, but it works for me. It seems to work for the clients as well, believe it or not. They come to realize some escorts are actually serious about their work, and take their clients and work seriously. Lol, do I think this is acceptable behavior? You can’t be serious. It’s not acceptable behavior when they do it, is it? Again, you’re getting all pissy but there was a question being posted on the forum. What are you mad about? Don’t be mad at me, be mad at the OP. He wanted to know. No client is being outed. People don’t randomly find my page, it’s in a network of those who participate on Twitter and follow me. And I was being facetious. It’s not every day. Just a couple times throughout the week. I’m not a huge tweeter.
