I don’t wish to respond to a certain person who quoted me on here, for moral reasons. But the thread seems to be getting a bit out of hand. The provider under discussion was late consistently, and was late with more than one person. 45 minutes is a significant time lol. This is not ok, and I assume a survey/poll of clients would show that they wouldn’t be happy with significant lateness + last minute communication twice in a row. He should change the habit , and I hope his personal issues become resolved. Perhaps it isn’t even a habit- maybe his rough patch is making him less cognizant of time. It is understandable though, that @savantsav is frustrated. Seems like a hot guy otherwise, and this drawn out conversation should not mark him as completely unhirable.

Lateness isn’t the most grave sin in the world of escorting. There are far worse things alleged against providers in these spaces . But it is a tad odd to see people ardently defending being considerably late… Seems like an appealing provider otherwise, and I wouldn’t shut out the possibility of hiring in the future. The last minute contact is not great though. I hope he is able to get (back) into the habit of being forthright with timing and upfront about potential delays.

I’d say it is *one step*- but mistrust has certainly been created. I was personally thinking about hiring him before I saw this thread…… Luca adds insult to injury, by reading the thread and assuming all he had to do was send what JimmyS describes as a “50 second video”. It seems like nonchalance to the offense he committed, and to the reputational damage incurred upon himself.

This is crazy if true…..and I lean towards believing you (as I can see the review, and this is in tandem with @Bravesoul’s allegation earlier in the thread- Marcus threatened him for money). This guy is definitely someone to stay away from. How desperate and cruel, and really bad for business most of all……… Please keep us updated, and do not cow down to his threats. I hope your stay in the area is temporary?

I would assume it’s not uncommon for providers to ask for 5 star reviews every time they meet with a client , in order to increase the total count of good reviews (regular providers I met certainly frequently request this from me). It seems PassionProject also gives multiple reviews to the same provider occasionally. Whether one views multiple reviews by the same client as unfair inflation of ratings is one thing (sure). Whether multiple reviews by the same client are suggestive of pure review buying is another thing (I don’t *think* you are suggesting that BenSash is some robot/firm/pimp selling reviews).

If I may @MikeBiDude, I think some avenue of reproach was important here. Going “back to the topic on age shaving” might mean these unrepentant, vile, morally ugly individuals can continue to pile on and insult an innocent provider- something which is not only bad, but as @MuscSami pointed out, against the rules of the forum. I would suggest closing the topic entirely, if the goal is to prevent a tit-for-tat (which was motivated by uncalled-for, inaccurate, and hurtful statements by longstanding members of CoM).

One thing that I would suggest for this client is to not have so many reviews public lol- it probably adds to the attention/suspicion. (There is the option to make reviews invisible on your profile- an option this guy seems to not take).

I certainly don’t necessarily automatically trust RM reviews- as they are often inflated/ generously given to avoid retaliation. What I’m concerned about in this thread, is that people seem to be suggesting *more* than hyper-generosity of this client. People seem to be suggesting that he is *not* actually a client at all, and that he might be some agent giving guys free positive reviews in exchange for something.

Your evidence that paying for 5-star reviews is not “uncommon”? Additionally, are you implying that this person is not seriously seeing these people? My reference to “millionaire” was motivated by the fact that this guy sees each person for often 3-4 hours, sometimes more. That has to cost money.

I deleted this comment but I’ll put it back up. It’s possible that this thread places unwanted attention on the client- as he is clearly at least a millionaire. Pushy escorts (and scammers that perhaps peruse this site) might find him a more attractive target now. Just something to think about. Nothing strikes me as necessarily fake about the reviews. Dates lining up for traveling providers seems to be particularly convincing evidence that he is real. If one has enough financial wherewithal, they can have a life filled with hiring sex workers as they please. Many gay guys are on Grindr daily and hook up with multiple people daily in a casual manner. This client might simply have the sex drive/ desire, and the money to fuel such encounters. It’s New York City. I imagine there are at least a couple multi millionaires around who seek regular sex daily just like the average Grindr user in his 30s. Additionally, there are a number of potential reasons why all he reports are seemingly 5 star reviews. I doubt he hasn’t had a single bad experience…. but perhaps he is naturally generous with his evaluation as he is with his money. Or he doesn’t report bad experiences because he is afraid of retaliation, for some reason.

People change their location on RM all the time (likely because many providers travel).

I typically refrain from doing so at all on OF, due to the risk of the performer and you being banned permanently. Even mentioning a phone number or other medium of communication can trigger OF moderator inspection of the conversation. Maybe you won’t be unlucky in your attempt. But make sure you have searched all other avenues through which you could contact them first.

Well…… this website sure has a lot of “yelling at everyone in the room for something one person did”, but it’s not usually clients who are held collectively culpable for the actions of individual members of their group….

An example of the importance of multiple “perspectives” about a provider.

I would consider misreporting age by a year or two somewhat common practice, and a practice done sometimes for security/privacy purposes . Unless the guy looks to be way older than reported on his RM stats, I don’t take this form of deceit as abominable.
